Literally loved Danny my waiter. Firstly everyone was beyond kind but Danny was next level. He took my pics as a solo traveler and convinced me that my next visit I should stay here. He had the best recommendations in addition to knowing the menu well and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend him & all the food I have. Pedro and Isaiah were amazing, we went when the sun was beaming and they offered us the best service. They had the best attitude even though it's super hot! Ask for Pedro and Isaiah when you come to 1hotel beach in Miami Beach.

Pool swimming

This was an amazing hotel experience. The service was excellent, the room very comfortable and livable and the location perfect. I honestly would have been happy just staying in the room or enjoying the hotel facilities all day. The rooftop pool is particularly nice- very relaxing and long enough for lap swimming.

I had the best experience with Maja, she was the best service I have had in a long time. Super sweet and kind to me and my family.

We spend every Father's Day weekend at the 1 Hotel South Beach, and at this point, it truly feels like our home away from home.

We have two young boys, and they absolutely love this place. They don't just enjoy staying here—they genuinely feel like they're coming home. As parents, that's about the highest compliment we can give. The team has created an experience where families feel welcomed, cared for, and remembered. The guest experience is something only Disney could rival.

What amazes us most is that no matter how high they set the bar during one stay, they somehow manage to exceed it the next.

The cabana service is incredible. The pool and bar staff are second to none—friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead. In-room dining is outstanding (honestly as good as anywhere we've eaten), every pool is family-friendly, and the beach access is absolutely perfect.

The ultimate endorsement? On the morning we checked out after Father's Day weekend, we booked another stay for next month... without the kids this time. 😉 That's how much we love it.

I can't say enough good things about the people, the service, and the experience. There is a reason 1 Hotel South Beach has become our family's home away from home. Our boys already ask when we're coming back before we've even left, and we feel exactly the same. Five stars simply aren't enough.

I stayed with my two friends and what made the trip even better was Robinson Cepeda the house car driver was the highlight of the stay he was so attentive and professional. There was nivels of nivels and he was of the highest nivel.
