Amazing restaurant. Our waiter Alonso was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and patient and kept bringing us extras things to try. Michael Solomonov is an artist. Great restaurant.

Vanina is the best on the beach at the One hotel. She is always so accommodating so friendly she forgets about her people even when the busy season is going .

A wonderful wonderful resort. The beach and service impeccable. Kervin went out of his way to give us a great spot on the beach and set us up with chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The servers on the beach were on spot and very attentive. The chicken and beef tacos were a great snack.

Steven and Alfredo were amazing on the beach. They were full of kindness and helped us find the best spot on the beach! They went above and would come back just for the experience!

Watr in Miami was an absolute vibe from start to finish. The ambiance, the views, and the overall experience made it the perfect spot for a day out before heading to the airport.

A special shoutout to Jesus, who truly elevated our visit. He was friendly, incredibly accommodating, and attentive without ever being overbearing. He made sure we had everything we needed, answered our questions with care, and helped create a seamless dining experience for us.

We returned to the 1hotel for the beautiful property and great service. From the start, Amelia who is part of the Concierge team reaches out and addresses all questions and needs prior to even getting there. She’s super helpful while they’re making reservations and giving advice. The Pool staff were excellent as well. The beach gets crowded and the chairs are closed together. That is the only complaint I think I could have. The rooms are amazing.

I am going to start with the positives ; the hotel is really clean, rooms lovely, beds and pillows comfy, shower perfect, location amazing by beach, nice water and fruit stations and the spa has refreshingly delightful service.
The negatives however were very big for me. We went with our teenage gym junkie son only to be told when we got there that because he was 2 months off 18 he had to have one of us supervise him. Took all his independence away and the hotel doesnt cater in anyway for teenagers - The gym is very good, probably bigger than dining areas, but guess they don’t want teenagers spoiling the rather narcissistic vibes. The rooftop cool pool and restaurant is banned to all under 21 and being told he couldnt go in the pool with me because he was under 21 was final straw for me - really humiliating being turfed out. Especially as the four ladies manning the rooftop reception were clearly not 21 ! We ended back at the other pool where builders were using loud drills and covering us in dust for four hours. Think it caters for their adult clientele or families with smaller children and of course their nannies. His unhappiness spoilt our family holiday. He is not a difficult young man, just made his experience really unhappy and couldn’t wait to get home. Other negatives were the queues and slow service - lift queues worst I have ever experienced and slow - they are a complete wind up, crowded small breakfast rooms and cafe area by the pool took 40 minutes to get a wrap, perhaps 20 minutes for a coffee. You spend 20% of your holiday queuing for reception, for taxis, for breakfast, for a table, for drinks, for lifts, for toilets, etc. The staff are all friendly and saying “have a blessed day, have a lovely day” but it is style over substance. I started to feel I was an extra in the Handmaidens Tale. Try getting a replacement key because you cannot get in your room - 15 minutes to explain that my passport was in my room, so I had no ID to get the key. The weekends are intolerably crowded and chaotic. It is an incredibly expensive resort. I have been all over the world at 5 star holiday locations and it was not a 5 star experience for us as a family.

I had an amazing experience with my boyfriend at 1 Hotel Miami Beach—everything was truly excellent from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful atmosphere and a luxurious yet relaxing vibe.
The service was genuinely 5-star: professional, attentive, and always welcoming.

Samuel has been very lovely and you can see he loves his job. We need more people like him!
Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff all, from the servers to the host, made the entire day feel effortless and special.

It was a perfect day and an unforgettable experience at the beach as guest not staying in the hotel .

Angelo took care of us about the food and even the missed item in the order, he was genuinely sorry about the oversight and he covered it right away.

Such an amazing experience, the hotel is incredible and friendly. The staff, the guests, all so amazing and clean. Shoutout to Asher running things on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!!!
