The hotel looked great and had a good vibe as there was a music festival on.
Pros:

Good Check in - great bell staff.

Horrendous
Cons:

I got there to check in and my reservation was confirmed. They then said no rooms were available at the early wee hours. Had to come up with a different plan for a hotel by staff. Got in another Uber then was robbed from my Chanel bag and cash. Horrible night and experience. Has since cost me thousands of dollars and stolen goods that can’t be replaced. So traumatized.

Cons:

Too large and doesn’t clear represent as being a very very big property. Makes it very hard to get loungers by the pool and the property is very noisy

We had a wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff and location were amazing. The rooms were also nice and clean, and the beds were on another level.

We had a great time, and the service was excellent everywhere. The staff goes the extra mile for you.

Cons:

The rooms and terrace are showing signs of wear. Don’t get me wrong, it was far from bad, but considering the price we paid, it didn’t quite make it a 10/10.
