location was excellent went to asb classic tennis tourament . Easy uber or nice walk though domain . Close to newmarket shops.
Aircon failed water pored into room had to use portable fan couldn't be fixed next day a friday (normal working day) so had to change rooms. We had booked another day but got missed with room change had a call to see why we weren't out of room a bit embarrassing.
Ruim en schoon appartement. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer, winkels en restaurants. Ook genoeg restaurants op loopafstand voor ontbijtmogelijkheden (2-5 min).

Central spot for restaurants etc … apartment views are not as presented on website. It is clean and ok. Nothing special that would warrant another visit
Excellent location, clean, helpful lovely staff. Very happy to have safe parking right in the hotel.
Room was clean and tidy. Having two bathrooms really helped and the aircon was a godsend.
Didn't realise how close to the train tracks, but that was easily solved by closing the windows.

The steps outside up into reception area…having to lug suitcases up and down the steps. Fortunately there aren’t many.
This serviced apartment is centrally located in Newmarket Auckland, and exactly as shown in the ads.
The rooms are fairly simplistic and a little old, but were all very well maintained and exceptionally clean.
The staff were the highlight as they were warm and helpful, and I found the place to be above average for the price, location and rating.
The room is fairly basically equipped, although the kitchen did have a Espresso coffee maker (take some pods).
It's starting to show its age and the some items are more worn than others.
The front desk is frequently unstaffed, but assistance can be found if you can wait.

Clothes dryer not working properly, tv was loose hanging off wall mount. Daily coffee pods was not provided, need to pay

The hallway on Level 3 had a damp, musty smell.
