Property location was great. Staff was really nice and knowledgeable.
Was really uncomfortable with the heat in my room will you ask service to help us twice and they just messed with the controller and that’s the max they did. It was just too hot in the rooms and it made it very uncomfortable.

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht und fanden 2 Einzelbetten plus 2 zusätzliche Betten- indiskutabel
Am Strand standen Sonnenschirme und Stühle, die bestimmt 20 Jahre alt waren , für viel Geld
Super friendly staff always greet you with a smile and cheerfull salutation. Nice breakfast with good variety. Great beach and pool. Restaurant had a good menu and reasonable prices.
Ac was functional but struggled to keep room dry and cool.

The location was great. Right on the beach and near to bars and restaurants. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the place felt very secure.

Was not flexible, even though the property was not full. Still, we could leave our bags and enjoyed a welcome

Un hotel que debería estar remodelado para ubicación y estatus
Las instalaciones muy bonitas, habitaciones con vista a el mar, el restaurante tiene muy buena comida. Está en la zona moderna de Cartagena, zona segura para caminar en la noche y nos trasladamos bien en uber al centro histórico. El transporte del tour a las islas llegaban al hotel sin problema.
Para ser una playa en Bocagrande, la zona del laguito, me pareció muy buena.
El baño podría haber tenido bidet o duchador.
