La vista de la habitación.
El aseo al cuarto fue muy demorado
Personeel is super vriendelijk. Helpen je met de koffers tillen etc.
De kamer met zeezicht was de kamer met uitzicht op het dak van het restaurant. Dus zorg dat je vraagt voor een kamer hoog. Daarnaast mega gehorig. Op de 2e verdieping hoor je de deur van het personeel rond 6u meerdere keren dicht vallen. Vind het duur voor wat je krijgt, in het oude centrum heb je leukere plekken voor minder geld

Dicen ke es playa privada y es pública cobran la mesa sillas y carpa. Aparte de eso en la reserva dice ke el cierre de la habitación es a las 12 del mediodía y la apertura a las 3 pm

I would absolutely avoid this hotel. While the staff were very attentive and tried their best to help, the facilities are in a very poor state of repair and lack even the most basic amenities.
The rooms do not have a kitchenette and are missing basic items such as a kettle, microwave, iron, hair dryer, and even drinking water glass. Additionally, the cold-water handle on the bathroom sink was broken.
During the night, the air conditioner started leaking. A maintenance technician was sent to fix it, but as soon as he left, the leak started again. When we informed the front desk, we were told that the maintenance technician had already gone home and there was no one available to repair it. So if something breaks outside business hours, you’re out of luck, there is no 24/7 maintenance service at this supposedly four-star hotel. We were eventually moved to another room.
The food in the restaurant was average, but the breakfast buffet was below average. The fruit juice tasted like it had been heavily diluted with water and some of the fruit was a few days old, the watermelon in particular was off.
The room key cards constantly lose their programming, forcing you to return to the front desk to have them reactivated. We were told that the magnetic strip can be affected if the card is kept too close to a mobile phone. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never encountered this issue at any other hotel.
I would recommend that the hotel upgrade its key card system, as this became a recurring inconvenience throughout our stay.
Overall, this hotel falls well below the standard I would expect from a four-star property, and I would not stay here again.
El chekin es muy cruel 3 de la tarde al llegar pues uno viene en un vuelo de 6 y 30 de la mañana y toca esperar hasta las 3 de la tarde. Se pierde todo el primer día. Deberían tener en cuenta la hora de llega de los vuelos. Pero la salida si debe ser a las 11. Que triste.
The property is beautiful, big pool on the ground level, connected to the beach. Stayed in superior king size with balcony and sea view. Good size room .
One of the biggest problem is this hotel is Air conditioning, even the lobby had potable A.C and fans. Our room temp didn’t drop below 23C. It was super hot in the room especially during the day time. Technician came by to check the AC but wasn’t able to help. Had an ask for a portable fan, which was provided. I wouldn’t stay here again.
