Brilliant customer service.
Very comfortable stay in the CBD very convenient in terms of movement in and around the city. The airport shuttle arranged by hotel is very comfortable and convenient. Rooms are nice and spacious with clean bathroom. Breakfast spread is also good with options. Overall a good comfortable stay .
Stayed here for two night en route to Livingstone. Great central location handy for local markets and the intercity bus terminal.

Great hotel with fantastic helpful staff. Very quiet, great evening meals and tasty breakfast with lots of options. We’re from Australia and on bicycles. The staff were very helpful in the safe storage of them during our stay. Highly recommend!
Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. Lots of choices, however the bathroom was dirty. I stayed for 2 nights , I noticed some dirt in the toilet hoping it will be cleaned the next but alas it was still there after cleaning. The shower floor tiles are also very dirty.
Extremely friendly employees and going the extra mile. Parking in front of the building during daytime and locked garage at night. Good food, clean and comfortable rooms with windows that can open. No replacement for fresh air.

Cairo Road Lusaka is not for the faint hearted but good malls and restruants nearby

The rooms need a little more cleaning especially the bathroom, there was hair in the shower.

I needed to do a Zoom meeting at 12am during load-shedding. The manager was kind enough to leave the generator and Wi-Fi running until after my meeting 2hrs later

Pointless to have a hotel in the middle of a crowded city such as Lusaka. Atrocious location.
The traditional food was delicious. It's the one thing that made my stay comfortable.
My breakfast was packed to go at 04 hours GMT. That was amazing
Accommodations were as per expectation. Rooms are well-appointed and clean with all necessary amenities. The staff provided a good packed breakfast for my 5am departure.
Internet/WiFi provision was erratic and problematic.
The property was good and clean. Felt safe but the street below can be busy and a bit crowded, but it doesn’t affect the experience in the hotel itself.
