Pros:

Jag var gäst hos Conrad -23 och det var ok redan då. Nu har de förbättrat allt!!
Sängarna är underbart bekväma, täcket är magiskt skönt. Rummen uppdaterade liksom badrummen. Matsalen har fått en modernisering och är mycket trevlig.
Julie skötte frukosten och hon gjorde den fantastisk, allt hon hade serverat och förberett var otroligt delikat och perfekt upplagt, till och med bryggkaffet var perfekt.
Angnar i receptionen är super med hög servicegrad precis som Julie.
Deras bastu med tillhörande bassängbad gjorde lördagen oförglömlig.
Jag är otroligt tacksam att jag åter igen valde Conrad och min bror som var med - och som har erfarenhet av 5-stjärniga hotell utomlands var mycket nöjd.
Julie, Angnar: vi ses igen. Ni gjorde de andra alternativen i stan ointressanta.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, um Karlskrona zu Fuss zu erkunden. Sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Personal absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend; die Rezeptionistin hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben :-)
Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden wieder kommen.

Älskar Karlskrona, besöker det varje år.
Pros:

Frukosten var bra, synd att pannkakorna var torra. Annars var det brett utbud och gott kaffe. Hade nog kunna vara mer hembakat, saknade croissanter och wienerbröd.

Cons:

Det var litet gym och spa, önskade mer tid i SPA. Det kostade för mycket, man fick inte valuta för pengarna. Det var för varmt på rummet, den lilla fläkten hjälpte inte. Hade önskat mer produkter i badrummet med tanke på priset vi betalade.

A little getaway..
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. Location is fine, only 5 to 10 minutes walk to the harbour.Nice to have coffe and tee available at all times.

Cons:

A bit crowded and hectic at breakfast. Even though the breakfast itself was fine, but the space is to small, and people were bumping into each other and trying to get what they needed. The bathroom was very small, but nice. Could do with something to hang up towels for handwash, a shelf for the guests toiletries and a floor shaver/wiper to wipe the water on the floor after showering.

Bra men lever inte upp till ett 4-stjärnigt hotell.
Pros:

Läget, frukosten och personalen. Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Väldigt litet badrum i förhållande till rummets storlek (premium 30 kvm). Läslamporna vid sängen var odugliga. Lös rakt i ansiktet och gick bara att tända och släcka (bara båda samtidigt) från ena sidan av sängen. Finns inget kylskåp och inget säkerhetsskåp.

Vi kommer att bo här igen om vi besöker Karlskrona fler gånger.
Pros:

Trevlig personal som gjorde allt för att vi skulle ha det bra. Mysigt att man kunde boka pool och bastu i en timme, rent och fräscht. Jättebra frukost med allt man kan önska sig. Promenadavstånd till centrum och hamnen. Vi är jättenöjda.
