Great location, fabulous room, nice pool.
Pros:

We had a 500sf room- 2 queen plus sofa. So much room!

We loved being able to walk to TX Roadhouse and the outlet mall.

Cons:

Our family had a great visit, great location with lots to do.

The room was handicap accessible and it was huge!
The beds were Very comfortable, not hard like most hotels'.

I really enjoyed the staff here and we slept like babies after playing in their pool!
Pros:

The greeting of my name on the tv was really cool!

Cons:

The dining room was under construction and we ate in a conference room. It wasn’t that big of a deal.

Pros:

The location was just fine, across the street from convention center, next to mall. Comfortable room, nice bath, TV worked and the basics. Good value for Phoenix area and lots of parking. Basic breakfast, but had coffee and OJ plus other things.

Cons:

Bed was a small King and coach a bit outdated. Construction ongoing during weekend was surprising and messy - no place to sit in lobby. No real security on a Saturday night, getting in door was easy. Small entrance no chairs. Could clean carpet and floors a bit and dust.

Pros:

The rooms were big

Cons:

The front staff was not friendly she didn’t smile or was friendly.
But one staff member I believe his name was Jordan Michael we was really friendly and was very helpful.
