Cons:

Cannot sleep on Down feather pillows! HIGHLY allergic! Staff accommodated this. Greatly appreciated!

Shuttle service...I do understand stand that it is a free service but to send a shuttle to pick up people when you know their is a party waiting with 3 and another of 4 and the driver to stay when he gets out I only have room for 2 people??? We are asked when we call how many are in our party? It's very frustrating to us who are waiting....Then to hear the person at the front desk say well it is a courtesy of the hotel to do this ...I'm sure we are paying for it in our hotel price It doesn't make me want to think of your brand to stay at again even though everything else was great

Cons:

El hotel luce viejo y sin remodelaciones aparentes en el lobby y zonas comunes.
El ascensor pésimo.
El parqueo debería ser 50% off o free para huespedes del hotel. Sin restauración importante, o un restaurante bueno en el lugar, no deberían cobrar hospedaje.
