Camera su due piani con soppalco scomodissimo e scala molto ripida, doveva essere una suite.

Genoten van een rustige nacht in dit hotel en een heerlijk ontbijt s morgens
Pros:

Mooie stijl van het gebouw vooral de lounge en bar en brasserie beneden.
Rustige sfeer.
Vriendelijkheid van het personeel !
Goede ligging.
Kamers zijn gezellig ingericht.
Goede bedden, grote badkamer.

Cons:

Moeilijk instappen in het bad zelf om te douchen.

Een paar dagen prettig verblijf
Pros:

De locatie en de sfeervolle ambiance

Cons:

Ik miste knoppen om jassen op te hangen en knoppen voor het ophangen van handdoeken/badlakens in de doucheruimte en rekje bij de wastafel.

De deur van het toilet (glas) maakt bij sluiten veel geluid. Sowieso dempt een glazen deur slecht geluiden in de toiletruimte.

Heerlijk overnachten in Helmond
Pros:

Centrale ligging met prima parkeergelegenheid. Alhoewel de traverse brug wel een opknap beurt mag hebben. Het betonstaal is hier en daar wel aan reparatie toe. De kamer was prima en de bedden heerlijk. Lekker stil en met het rolluik aan de buitenkant ook goed lichtdicht voor de nacht. Ontbijt prima en veel keuze. Geserveerd in het authentieke deel van net hotel met mooie hoge plafonds.

Wij hadden er meer van verwacht. En zeker na onze ervaring wat betreft het vieze bed had men in ieder geval er op terug
Pros:

De jonge medewerkster bij het ontbijt. Wat een topper is dat. Ze loopt stage maar rijdt wel 1 uur heen en dan weer 1 uur terug. En zij zorgde voor een uitstekende sfeer en ontbijt.

Cons:

Toen wij naar de kamer konden troffen wij zwarte haren aan op het bed en kussen. Wij hebben dat gemeld en ze zouden dit direct schoonmaken. Maar toen wij na 2 uur weer op de kamer kwamen was dit nog niet gebeurd. Dat is echt smerig. De dames aan de balie reageerde zeer laconiek. Echt jammer.
