Cons:

Personeel balie op de stagiaires na zeer lui. Je betaald extra om eerder in de kamer te komen, dit was niet bekend bij hun, dus uur later erin, hebben een suite voor 300 euro, maar een zeer karige kamer die door attributen thema gemaakt is. Zeer slecht gepoetst, vettige deuren, glasplaat op tafel, wc vloer vlekkerig, bad niet echt zuiver. Koffie 2 cupjes en dat is het, totaal geen extra iets ondanks de kosten. Jacuzzi werkte voor geen meter, geen uitleg en spoot alles onder, en in de avond om 23:00 ga ik geen receptie meer bellen. 2 persoenen maar 3 handdoeken, al mee geen waarde voor je geld. Open haard werkt maar een helft, andere staat stil. De themakamer van der Valk goedkoper en echt veel beter.

Bon hotel au centre d'Helmond
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec lits confortables.
Chambre donnant sur le bar extérieur et le canal mais pas bruyant.
Personnel super sympathique.

Cons:

Tarif du parking un peu élevé. Nous sommes à Helmond pas dans une grande ville, il est difficile d'arriver là sans véhicule.

Heel gemakkelijk dat we onze elektrische auto op de parking konden opladen, toplocatie vlak aan het centrum. Heel leuke kamer met een tv voor het bad en heel comfortabele bedden.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje was dat het bij het ontbijt zeer warm was door de hittegolf maar de airco ging niet of niet optimaal.

Nice hotel in the heart of the town
Pros:

Nice room, well equipped, nice coffee and tea. Reception 7/24, staff polite and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Recommended, we shall return (shortly)

Breakfast: we asked if decaffeinated coffee was available. the button was there on the coffee machine but did not work. the answer of the lady was NOOOOOOO - like it was completely natural. Was a pity because otherwise we were extremely pleased

Nice hotel, would book it again.
Pros:

the room was quite spacious, the bed were comfortable, the staff was really kind and helpful, location perfect, right in the city center.

Cons:

better lights in the bathroom would be appreciated (a bit stronger lights at least by the mirror)

Ik en mijn dochter hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het hotel.

Met deze warmte de airco. En bad was heerlijk. En de locatie is top, alles met de voet kunnen doen .

Cons:

Minste vond ik eigenlijk dat de badkamer beetje muf rook. Verder alles goed!
