Great hotel!
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Service was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the wine bar was a nice place to relax. Room was very quiet and comfortable. A great place to stay in Stockholm.

Bra service, god mat och vackert!
Pros:

Charmigt och fina rum. Otroligt god frukost! Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga!

Cons:

Det rum vi fick var mot gatan och ljudisoleringen i fönstret var otroligt dåligt. Lät som att man hade fönstret öppet. Vi påpekade detta och undrade ifall vi kunde få byta rum. Det fick vi, och blev uppgraderade dessutom. Vilken service!!

Christmas break
Pros:

The Sparrow hotel was very comfotable with freindly staff. The breakfast and restaurant were very good and the food excellent quality. The location was great to explore the city, if going in december remember to wrap up well.

Fult rum drar ner betyget

Jättebra frukost. Bra läge. Nära till allt. Fint badrum. Lagom hård säng. Bra kudde.

Cons:

Vi hade bott på hotellet förut i ett fint rum som var i samma stil som resten av byggnaden; den gången blev vi uppgraderade. Jag hade väl läst beskrivningarna av rummen för slarvigt och förstod inte att Unique-rum inte hade samma fina stil som i resten av hotellet. För att komma till rummet fick man ta en speciell trappa från femte våningen eller ta en annan hiss än den fina vanliga. Där uppe fanns en korridor med mönstrad heltäckningsmatta, som förde tankarna till en gammal färja, och rummet liknade mest ett vandrarhemsrum i inredningen med gräslig, närmast psykedelisk tapet.

Täcket var alldeles för varmt.

Luftkonditioneringen låter mycket högt.

Best breakfast I've ever had. Would stay there again just for that!

Cons:

Messy in-room coffee set-up. Shower got water all over bathroom. Quite a bit of street noise

Utmerket beliggenhet og veldig hyggelige fellesfasiliteter.
Frokosten var helt nydelig og i veldig koselige og rolige omgivelser. Super betjening!
Vinbaren var også en veldig positiv opplevelse med et rikt utvalg av smakfulle småretter og vin på glass.
