Lovely hotel in the heart of the city......we had a nice room that was able to also accommodate my Mom.....the staff was awesome, very helpful.....breakfast was amazing, the bar was great.....layout of the hotel was nice too. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommend staying here! Thanks to Mohammad, Phillip, Theodor and Lisen....

Das Haus ist ein typisches altes und sehr schönes schwedisches Traditionshotel. Die Fenster zur Straße hin sind leider nicht schalldicht, man hört bei geschlossenen Fenstern doch den Straßenlärm.
Breakfast was very good . Good selection of food. Staff was helpful and nice. The hotel is situated in an excellent area in the center of Stockholm.
Bathroom was one of the smallest bathroom I have seen in a hotel. The price of the room was too high for such a bathroom. I don't understand why you have to touch the toilet seat to flush the toilet - unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Superior room!!!!!
Very nice hotel in the center of Stockholm but unfortunately in a lively night club district, so if you get a room with window to the lively street and you do not sleep with ear plugs then you have to be prepared for a sleepless night. This is a shame, because our primary aim with this hotel was sleeping there. And we paid quite a bit for it.
I would have raised this issue at the hotel but they did not ask how our stay had been at checkout, so didn’t bother….

Did a lot of research to find the perfect hotel for our special occasion 5 night stay . The Sparrow checked all the boxes ! Location, European boutique charm and outstanding service.
Subway stop only about 5 minute walk from hotel.
Shout out to Mohamed at the front desk with great email communication in assisting with the perfect rooms for our group.
The service from everyone we encountered- bar, breakfast and front desk at all hours was top notch.
The breakfast was fantastic, with great selection and presentation. Special note- all the bread selection was warmed every day, that was so nice!!! Unique items included horseradish cream cheese and Ginger/Turmeric shots!!
Note- Suggested improvements needed…the rooms were showing some wear and tear for the type of level it is. Night stands and areas of bathroom need some refresh with peeling paint. Stains on furniture and desk area.
Overall, great stay in Stockholm .
