Pros:

Vi gillade allt. Superproffsigt hela vägen från in- till utcheckning. Frukosten suverän, middagen mycket bra härlig komfort på rummet. Men allra bäst - personalen.

Cons:

Vädret, men knappast hotellets fel…

Friendly, beautiful and cozy hotel in the middle of stockholm city.
Pros:

From now; my favorite hotel. Everything was perfect. Very warm and nice welcome in the reception. The room was wonderful. Very cozy and genuine. Superb bed and linnen. Great complementary coffee. The location; smack in the middle of stockholm.
Also had a very tasty dinner at the hotels restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, 5 stars:) Thank you. We will be back ❤️

Pros:

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Jättegod frukost! Mysigt rum och sköna lakan! Läget är toppen.

Cons:

Hittade en tom colaflaska under sängen som städet missat men i övrigt kändes det fräscht och välstädat.

Location is really good, super close to the city center.

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly. Upon arrival staff in reception gave me a discount voucher for the hotels bistro restaurant that we could use during our stay, to our dissapointment the restaurant was closed for our whole stay, and I think it was very rude of the staff to even offer the voucher, they should know when the restaurant is open. Addition to that the bathroom situation was horrible. When you showered all of the water slided under the door into the whole bathroom. The only drain was inside the shower, so once the whole floor was wet, it didn’t dry at all during the day.

Men hotellet har veldig bra beliggenhet sentralt i Stockholm til alle serverdigheter.

Frokosten var veldig bra og viktig at det fremdeles var inkludert i hotellprisen. Fellesområdene var meget bra og hotellet lå veldig sentralt til i Stockholm.

Cons:

Jeg bodde på rom 601 og var litt skuffet over rommet. Jeg trodde det hadde flere vinduer ut i fra bildene på booking.com. Dessuten var det skader på vasken og rommet var litt slitt. Det ene positive var at sengkomfort var veldig bra. Hvis jeg skal dit en annen gang, så skal jeg ihvertfall be om et annet rom som eksempelvis 604 som var veldig koselig. Vi fikk tatt en liten titt inn på dette rommet :-)
