Molto rilassante
Pros:

Colazione con buffet abbondante e buono, la posizione è abbastanza buona anche se avrei preferito più vicino al mare

Mi è piaciuto tutto, il centro benessere molto bello, il ristorante non l' ho provato perché si usciva

Placilo parkinga,glede na to da ni sezone in je prostora dovolj.Pri zajtrku sir narezan od prejsnjega dne,je bil steklenega videza,mrzla jajca,hotel je potreben prenove na bazenu,tudi sobe je ze nacel zob casa.V savni ni rjuh,od sadja 5 zelenih jabolk in 1 banana.

We had stayed here before and chose it again, but the buffets and food are not really fresh. I got sick from the lamb they gave me under the name of barbecue night.. Many of their products are not fresh.

Relaxing, luxurious hotel
Pros:

Wonderful relaxing hotel, the beach is super nice with and adults only area, the water extremely clean.
The swimming pool area is also very nice.
The way it’s distributed makes it feel like it’s not crowded which is nice.

Cons:

The beach bar could be improved. The people working there seem new and do not prepare very good drinks. Looks like there is some improvement needed there.

Sauna i wellness super kao i bazeni i plaža.

Cons:

Hrana je loša. Doručak koji je u cijeni je jedva prolazan. Večera koju smo platili 800 eura je ispod svakog prosjeka. Bila je glazba uživo i kada smo zamolili da otpjevaju nešto od Olivera rekli su da NE SMIJU pjevati hrvatske pjesme. Samo pjesme na engleskom i talijanskom pjevaju. Što je nama bio šok. U RH zabranjeno (po ugovoru, kako su nam rekli u hotelu) pjevanje hrvatskih pjesama. Veliko razočaranje. Djevojka na recepciji kao i pojedini konobari uopće ne pričaju hrvtaski, samo engleski. Ne vjerujemo da ćemo se vratiti.

Freundliche Bedienung durch Fr. Suzanna, Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und von sehr guter Qualität, Strand war ok

Cons:

Personal teilweise unfreundlich bis unwillig, nicht zuvorkommend, keine gleichwertige Behandlung aller Gäste, tägliche Reinigung wurde separat verrechnet (für ein sog. 5-Sterne-Hotel eine Frechheit), Trinkgeld wurde als Servicepauschale von 10% verrechnet, ebenfalls eine Frechheit, Handwaschbecken an 2 Tagen OHNE Warmwasser (vollkommen unmöglich im Jahr 2025!!!)

Perfect stay
Pros:

We went during winter time so we could not enjoy outdoor pool, but spa experience and indoor pool were amazing. Great breakfast, great view from the room, spacious balcony. Comfy beds, clean rooms, everything you need for a perfect stay. Thanks to the friendly staff.
