Pros:

Great location, 20 min walk to the Kremlin, lots of places to eat and shop within walking distace away.
Room was below avarage, even though we paid for superior room with the view, we were given the standard room, at least it is listed as standard on the expedia page. Reception stuff refused to pick up the phone when expedia agent tried to contact them to resolve the issue. Clean sheets, and comfy bed, however the floor in the apartment looked old, sticky and nasty. Some things in the apartment were broken or with visible damage. Breakfast was included, food is ok, nothing fancy, hot coffee and tea during the breakfast at no extra cost. Overall, its an okay place. Be aware what you are ordering on expedia and what you might actually get are two different worlds.

Location is great! Breakfast is excellent!
Rooms are small, bathroom is very small. You get new towels every day, but you have to ask to refill shampoo.
Floor covered with old carpets and never been cleaned under 8 days stay.
Staff are very friendly.

Pros:

Service could be improved... they were helpful but didn’t seem to happy about it ... few issues locating my passport at reception so I’d just kept it in your room. Easy walk to arbat st and 20 ish mins to kremlin . Breakfast great.

Pros:

We checked in the night before our tour. The following day,we checked in on our tour and had the bar fridge filled and water included which was not there the previous night.We also asked directions to the nearest supermarket and were instructed to go in the opposite direction to where the supermarket was. While I appreciate that English is a second language, it was very disappointing to be given misleading directions.

Awesome Hotel - Best location in Moscow
Pros:

It was really a very nice - clean hotel. A great value for the money in Moscow. Everyone was helpful and kind. The breakfast was good. They would call a cab for us when needed and held our luggage after check out - til we were ready for departure later that afternoon.

Basic, good location, nice for solo trip
Pros:

Great location. Decent hotel that’s seen better days. Pretty basic but clean. Carpeting is old. AC works wonderfully. Would stay here again as a point for exploring the city. Not your hotel if you’re looking for a luxurious experience or trying to impress a partner

Pros:

The hotel is clean and neat, but not special in any way. The service, the breakfast, the comfort of the room were just barely OK. The rooms was tiny even though was listed as "deluxe", the a/c -- loud and with bright LED lights, the shower had only warm water etc. The location is very beautiful and central but far from any Metro line. I am not likely to stay there again.

Pros:

I think this was my worst hotel experience ever!
The rooms were small, which i am ok with, however the bsthroom was an entirely different story!
The bathroom has no ventilation and the fan was not working.
I tries to take a shower and the shower head was broken!
I spent 2 hours trying to explain to the receptionist what the problem is, he would not listen.
In the end They sent the maintenace guy who could not fix the problem.
I spent 2 horrible nights there.
Horrible hotel!!

Pros:

The receptionist were bad especially both lady in front of the counter. With banner for all the customer enquiry and service. Slow and lack of staff make our customer have to queue in long session.

It isnt as bad as they say
Pros:

The service is good and the facilities are alright. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Remember if you are paying for a cheapr 4 star hotel it might be a 3.5 which this is. We had no shower curtains, the wifi didnt work all the time and the AC needs servicing. The breakfast is basic & edible Otherwise, its in a great location especially if you are a Ghananian😉.
