Only booked number of guests are allowed to stay with us. Please keep the hotel informed of your arrival time or changes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This is a Refundable Bond during the stay. There is a 3.15% surcharge applicable on all online bookings made through Cards.

空港にまあまあ近い。

建物が古い。
構造が複雑で部屋の位置がわかりにくい。
部屋が１階で駐車場に面していた。
週末なのにレストランの閉店が早い。

Pros:

We could not stay as they were fully booked. Booking .Com stuffed up and made booking even though they were full.

Apart from the towels the stay was fine, having the bus to pick us up for the airport is a great service

Very very average, it would be a last option stay in the future not one of choice

The large bed
Being able to park my car at no cost while I was in Wellington attending a funeral

Cons:

LOTS!
1. Pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable
2. Shower had no pressure
3. Hot water pumps making a noise into the night forcing me to wear ear plugs
4. Someone entering my room with a master key after I had already checked in - no knock on the door - just entered
5. The handbasins in the lobby bathrooms are absolutely disgusting (black mould and gunge around the bottom of the taps - pointed this out to a cleaner who just grunted as obviously did not understand or could not speak English
6. The front counter person who presented on my arrival was cold with no personality and acting if she would rather not be there. Was quick and straight to the point with any answers to my questions, displayed no feeling, no understand and would be rated a ZERO in customer service - needs some serious training! I put a 'straight face' for this in the rating section because the gentlemen that assisted me at 4.15am the following morning was far more approachable and helpful - the woman the night before needs to take a leaf out of his book when it comes to dealing with customers.
7. The remote to TV did not work, called the hotel via the land line number (from my mobile) kept receiving a voice recording every 5 seconds saying - press 1 for a call back or 2 to keep holding and someone will be with you soon. This lasted nearly five minutes and no response, pressed 1 and did not receive a call back in the 30 mins following, so called again and repeat of same, I gave up - no TV, which I believe was included in my room charge!
8. There was only one bedside lamp, I had to sleep on the other side of bed to use the lamp, when I would have preferred to be on the bathroom side of the bed - there should be a lamp on either side when offering a king sized bed.

All in all - I would never stay in this property again! I really do hope that this information is given back to the property so so other guests don't have the same experience in the future.

Great nights rest.
Pros:

Great size room, warm and cozy

Cons:

Was just a little worrired about how fast the shower filled up when having a shower. Seemed to take some time for the water to go down. Other than that our stay was great. Comfy bed.
