Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This is a Refundable Bond during the stay. There is a 3.15% surcharge applicable on all online bookings made through Cards.

Going to restaruant was informed it was booked out to an outside group. Was told we could have room service which we reluctantly agreed to on the condition it wasn't cooked prior to 6pm.
Was then informed at 5.45 pm the meal was cooked. Enjoyed a drink of heineken ale. On request for a second was informed there was none left. I am 85yrs old, my wife 80yrs. With no transport we had no alternative option.
This is one hotel we will never utalise again!

I find the bed very comfortable

Attention to detail helps to increase profits.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. The man in reception was very efficient. The meal was excellent Italien chicken and cheesecake with wine. I chose this hotel because it is single story.

Cons:

The room needed a deep clean. Get rid of the old armchair. The fan light was in need of a good clean, as was the shower area. The tray with tea, etc, was a mess with little variety. The waitress in the dining room was a sweet lass, but inattentive, I had to ask twice for a second glass of wine. I suggest that the manament watch the TV programme the Hotel Inspector. The building is obviously aging and in need of renovation, but a good clean including the front windows will suffice for a while.

Everything. The driveway needs to be redone. The only nice part about it was the reception. Inside was average. My rooms tv was broken and I did not feel safe at all where my room was located, it wasn’t until I complained about the broken tv and asked for a different room, the new room I felt more safe. But the discovered ants all over the bench. Would never stay here again.

Cons:

Rooms need a massive amount of maintenance. It was raining quite heavily and our room developed a huge leak. We were shifted and that room also leaked, so staff shifted us again. And I'm sad to say our meal was terrible.

Cons:

We contacted hotel after checking out early due to cleanliness was told we were going to be followed up and they never followed up. Was disappointed with our stay as we had just gotten off the plane and just wanted to stay somewhere convenient and comfortable however our room was not up to cleanliness standards
