Pros:

The Staffs are so welcoming especially Ruth (reception), customer service was excellent. The place is quiet though its packed with rooms.

Cant say anything on my first time except for pillows, hope there are atleast 4 pillows available.

It was disappointing
Cons:

I had no hot water for a shower on arrival. Bathroom tiles were dirty, the sliding external door was open on arrival and it had a dodgey lock which is not safe for a ground floor room, the chain on the entry door is too long- anyone could get their hand in to remove the chain if they were an intruder. It did not feel safe.

Pros:

There is a big space inside the room, which is kept in a very clean state, along with a big bathroom area. It is a great place for a rest, especially for a small family with 1 or 2 young kids, and the property feels very secure

Cons:

just the tap pressure doesnt work well if turned on the warm water the water pressure came out stronger but when smal portion water is coming out less pressure so i have to take out the hose and used it
