Only booked number of guests are allowed to stay with us. Please keep the hotel informed of your arrival time or changes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This is a Refundable Bond during the stay. There is a 3.15% surcharge applicable on all online bookings made through Cards.

No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Was very nice

It was very nice. Has a restaurant, close to the airport

Cons:

Had to ask for cups for coffee in room, which are very tiny, they need decent actual coffee mugs.
You can't lock and unlock the sliding door into your room from the outside. You can only lock it from the inside, which is annoying if you want to go out you have to use the inside door and walk all the way down the hallway then out and around the back to your car.

Airport return stopover for the tired traveler.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. It was close to the airport so perfect for a returning home tired traveler. We found the rooms clean and we'll equipped with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The shower water was hot and there was plenty shampoo, soap ect and towels.
Great value for what we got.

Cons:

The only negative coment that I have is the hallway carpet to our room could be cleaned or replaced as it didn't give a good first impression otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Cons:

This accomidation is a run down state houseing overflow fasility.
Stians, damages, no hot water in the showers, broken winows, cannot close windows. You couldent pay me to stay there again. BAD

As i was entering the building there were multiple people at the conter complaining about similer proplems and demarnding refunds.
