Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. Big room with a double and a single bed. On-site parking for my car.
The remote didn't work for the TV and it wasn't replaced during my 2 day stay.
Proximity to airport was great. Airport Shuttle so convenient. Onsite restaurant, which is open late. Very grateful to eat and drink something when I arrived after 9pm. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Place is dated, restaurant is like stepping back in time. No wine glass, wine came in like something you would drink a coke in. Menu very dated styles of food. Shower was cols and tiles in shower need re grouting iron a very good clean not sure which.
Proximity to car rental for return of rental vehicle and the airport. Hotel has a hotel shuttle to airport which is great.
Cleanliness, noisy and shower was terrible. I reserved a king bed but it was 2 twin mattresses put together so although bed was comfortable, you had to deal with the ridge in middle. Hotel is old and not much for free breakfast.

When we checked in we had a very unfriendly person at the desk. The next day there was a kinder person.
The safety was poor. The locks on the door, but also did they leave the outside doors open during night, so everyone could come in.

I didn't like the poo/toilet paper that was all over the toilet brush. Other than the kitchen it was very out dated and dirty. I do not believe our sheets were clean and our pillowcases stunk. Would not stay again.

Morning staff for checkout weren't so friendly.
I had no expectations of the hotel. The room was large and the bed really comfortable. Bathroom large & well equipped, but there was no hair dryer.
The hotel was dated and tired, needing some maintenance - e.g. paint peeling on woodwork, skyline in bathroom old with mould around the edges.
The corners and edges of the bedroom carpet was grubby. It looked as if the vacuum was just flicked over the middle of the floor.
A hair dryer in the room would have been good. Larger cups also.
