Pros:

Hotel was in a good location. Staff were welcoming and polite. The luggage storage service was great and helped us out a lot!

Cons:

The bathroom was quite tiny. The shower drained slowly which caused the bathroom to flood a little.

Pros:

The hotel is well placed in the city central area. There are trams right in front and you can be in any main attraction very quickly. The room was silent, had a lovely balcony, and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room shower had no curtain or barrier, so every time we used it the whole bathroom got wet, and formed a puddle of water. It was also very small, but that didn't bother much.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und ein insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Zimmerkomfort:)
Pros:

Die Lage
Was mir an meinem Aufenthalt besonders gut gefallen hat, war die Lage des Hotels. Für unseren Amsterdam-Trip hätte ich mir wirklich keine bessere Lage vorstellen können. Viele Dinge waren gut erreichbar, sodass die Lage für uns einfach perfekt war.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Außerdem war das Personal durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass man uns bei unserem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer direkt entgegengekommen ist und uns sogar angeboten hat, uns ein anderes Zimmer anzuschauen.

Sauberkeit und Komfort im Zimmer
Unser Zimmer war außerdem sauber und ordentlich. Die Sauberkeit kann ich daher entgegen einiger anderer Bewertungen überhaupt nicht kritisieren. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem, sodass wir trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen wirklich gut darin geschlafen haben.

Aufmerksame Extras
Positiv fand ich auch, dass bei der Ankunft Ohropax auf dem Bett bereitlagen. Gerade in einem älteren und etwas hellhörigen Gebäude fand ich das aufmerksam und praktisch. So war man direkt darauf vorbereitet und konnte sich bei Bedarf gegen Geräusche schützen. Ebenfalls haben wir Waffeln bekommen, die sehr lecker waren :)

Fazit zum Aufenthalt
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für unseren vier Tage und drei Nächte langen Städtetrip sehr angenehm und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns gut gepasst.

Cons:

Komfort und Privatsphäre (Fenster)
Negativ aufgefallen sind mir vor allem einige Punkte beim Komfort und der Privatsphäre unseres Zimmers. Da eines der Fenster direkt zum Außenflur Richtung Lobby lag, musste die Markise dauerhaft geschlossen bleiben, damit niemand ins Zimmer schauen konnte. Dadurch war es leider deutlich dunkler. Eine Milchglasfolie wäre hier meiner Meinung nach eine gute Lösung!

Zimmertür
Außerdem war die Zimmertür sehr schwer zu öffnen. Ich konnte sie alleine tatsächlich nicht öffnen und musste deshalb jedes Mal meinen Freund darum bitten, die Tür für mich aufzumachen. Gerade wenn man alleine im Hotel wäre, könnte das meiner Meinung nach problematisch sein und sollte überprüft werden.

Bett und Lärm
Das Bett war zwar sehr bequem, hat aber bei Bewegungen gequietscht und sich seitlich bewegt. Für ein Paar könnte das daher etwas unpraktisch sein. Auch die Hellhörigkeit war teilweise deutlich wahrnehmbar, insbesondere weil unser Zimmer direkt am Anfang lag. Man hat jeden rein- oder rausgehenden Gast gehört. Für mich war das allerdings kein großes Problem, da ich bei einem älteren Gebäude mit einer gewissen Hellhörigkeit gerechnet hatte.

Ausstattung (TV)
Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt war der Fernseher. Es gab zwar einen Fernseher, allerdings keinen Smart-TV. Die verfügbaren Programme waren zudem ausschließlich auf Niederländisch und es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Sprache umzustellen oder beispielsweise deutsche Sender auszuwählen. Gerade bei einem Smart-TV hätte man zumindest die Möglichkeit gehabt, abends noch Netflix oder einen anderen Streamingdienst zu schauen. Für unseren Aufenthalt war das zwar nicht unbedingt notwendig, da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, aber als zusätzliche Möglichkeit wäre es schön gewesen.

Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal

Die tolle Lage, das gute Frühstück und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Sehr wenig Ablagefläche...für unsere bescheidenen Bedürfnisse kein Problem, aber es ist etwas schade, weil man eigentlich mehr aus den Zimmern machen könnte.

Bellissimo
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dal centro ma non troppo lontana dalla stazione. Lo staff gentilissimo. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo potuto approfittare del noleggio delle bici nello stesso hotel, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Cons:

Gli spazi nella stanza erano molto angusti sopratutto il bagno.
