Neat little hotel
Pros:

Room had a small balcony

Cons:

The heating was on all the time.and you could regulate the temperature.

Had a lovely few days in Amsterdam!
Pros:

Location was good and nice next to tram ! Staff were friendly and welcoming even was able to check in our room earlier than expected which was very nice

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms are very dark so it’s hard to get ready, bathroom is very small in comparison to room and it’s quite noisy if you are on the front

Absoloutely amazing and worth every penny.
Pros:

Staff really friendly and polite. Room was fantastic. Upgraded and got lovely additional things like chocolate and a drink at the bar just for being nice. Absolutely loved the stay and would absolutely stay again.

Pros:

Staff were nice and location is very accessed.

Cons:

We found mould in the shower. Ladies underwear behind our headboard, umbrella underneath the bed frame, the walls were thin meaning we could hear everything happening outside and all the way down the hall. There was drilling holes and the decorations was not levelled

Pros:

Bu otelde 3. Kalışım. Konum harika ne kalabalığın içinde , ne de uzakta, Dam meydanına tramvayla 2 durak. HAvalimanına ve diğer destinasyonlara gitmek çok kolay , tamvay hatlarının kesiştiği noktada. Personel hep güleryüzlü ve çok yardımcı.

Cons:

Cadde üzerinde bir odada kalırsanız gece 1 e kadar sabah da 6 dan itibaren yoğun tramvay sesinden uyuyamayabilirsiniz.
Odalardaki ısıtma sistemini otomatik bir sisteme çevirmişler, dereceyi ayarladıktan bir süre sonra kendini resetliyor ve oda buz gibi oluyor.
Otel artık eskimiş, kapılar tam kapanmadığı için soğuk ve ses gelebiliyor.
Banyosu çok küçük.
Odada mini bar yok.
Odadaki televizyonun kumandası bozuktu değiştirtmek zorunda kaldık.
Odadaki televizyonda netflix youtube gibi uygulamalar olsa iyi olur artık bunlar bir çok otelde standart.
Kahvaltı daha önce masaya bir sunumla getiriliyordu artık açık büfe yapmışlar ama büfede görevli adam hem çok arkadaşçıl değil hem de kimseyle pek ilgilenmiyor.

Отличное месторасположение, прекрасный персонал, вкусные завтраки. Но нужно что-то сделать с номерами.
Pros:

Очень вкусные завтраки и доброжелательный персонал. Красивое лобби.
В номерах тепло но не сразу разобрались с системой отопления.

Cons:

Номера требует свежего ремонта и более гармоничной перестановки, 2 людям в номере не разойтись.

Good location. Staff were great.

Cons:

The rooms & aesthetic weren’t like the pictures. I was given a room in the attic that smelt at first & they changed it for me. The dark aesthetic in the corridors etc. made it a little uncomfortable for me personally as a solo traveler. There was hair in the bed, curtains dusty and wasn’t exactly the standard I was hoping for but I got used to it and appreciate that it was in great location.

Short and not so sweet (nice staff though)
Pros:

Lovely reception area

Cons:

The room was clean but very dark and small, couldn’t open all the blinds, tv didn’t work (no battery’s at rec) bed was clean but could do with a new double mattress. Hair dryer didn’t work (but reception did have more if needed) S&C and body wash smells amazing wish I could have brought that home.
Just needs a little tlc.
