Poor Value for Money and Uncomfortable Stay

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The room was very small, with no adequate space to store luggage or organize clothing, and there was no wardrobe. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the room was located in an annex building rather than in the main hotel.
Another concern was the disturbance caused by the tram passing nearby, as the room would shake each time it went by. The room lighting would also flicker, which was quite uncomfortable. Furthermore, the mattress felt uneven, and whenever we sat on it, it gave the impression that we might slide off.
Overall, these issues significantly affected the comfort of our stay.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

Property is old and dirty looks nothing like in the photos. Mattress is broken with springs collapsed. You can hear people using the toilets, talking in their room and doors crashing waking you up in the middle of the night
