If want to stay at a hotel with no working elevator, a hot and muggy front desk and breakfast area, and a management team with a take it or leave it attitude then this is your place. They are listed as pet friendly but that comes with a steep price. If you are not pleased with that and what a refund so you can go to another hotel Too Bad as neither the hotel nor Expedia will refund your money, even when you never accepted the room. Don’t ask for the general manager as they won’t tell you his or her name or give you their phone number. When you call Expedia they do nothing to help you.

Always a good stay when I go monthly. Elevator hasn’t worked the last 2 months but everything else has been good. Front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating

Room was very comfortable and clean. The room we reserved was only available on the 3rd floor. Not a problem unless both elevators are out of service. Since my wife and I are in our 60's, I asked if he was going to carry our bags up the stairs. Hard to believe, but he found us a room on the 2nd floor. Ice maker on 2nd floor, men's room urinal in lobby, was out of service and pool was closed. Room and breakfast met our expectations.

Elevator down for whole weekend. Never heard back from GM in regards to email that was sent by hotels.com

Did not stay because of broken elevator.

Clean rooms.
Lobby had large fans. As if air conditioning was not working correctly.

The staff was nice and responsive to one a housekeeping issue. Food boxes were left in one of the nightstands. It was removed and cleaned. No further issues.

Our stay was very nice the room was clean, and the breakfast was good, and the coffee/expresso machine was great. The staff was very accommodating when the elevator was out. I would stay here again.

The pool was green with algea all along the bottom. Its unfortunate b/c my 8 yr old was looking forward to swimming. The elevators were broken. The hallways were very hot. The remote control to the TV was falling apart and barley worked. Its great they allow pets but fleas are unacceptable. Terrible experience and waste of my money.

Nice beds and clean, solid hotel

Second time staying. I thought it was a one time thing but nope the night time person sure seemed he didn't want to be there or even help the guests. Figured they would have gotten the lobby a/c fixed nope still using fan's. Sorry won't be back.

It was a clean place to stay the weekend. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good and felt safe.

The lobby was very hot, the room was hot when we first got there and had a bad/ old smell. The room did eventually cool down but the mildew smell stayed. The pool water was green so no one went for a swim. The breakfast was horrible so we threw that away and went pickup food. However the shower had wonderful water pressure and well stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The hotel seems to be in a safe area with lots of restaurants and shopping close by
