Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Badezimmer und Mobiliar alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie waren am renovieren.

Pros:

Frukostbuffén var mycket bättre än genomsnittet. Inget överdåd men hög kvalitet i råvarorna. Lugn och trevlig matsal.
Restaurangen var högklassig. Mycket god mat och service.

Cons:

Genius uppgradering till bättre rum i booking visade sig inte stämma när man bokat hundrum utan det blev ett vanligt standardrum.

Allt var ok! Det var inte så mycket folk. Men heller inte personal. Jag har varit många gånger på Ronnum och detta var den sämsta.

Cons:

Sängen bäddad men inget byte av handdukar. Fick själv leta upp förrådet som stod öppet. Fick ingen info om att man skulle byta själv. Samma sak att man inte fyllde på kaffe eller the på rummet. Vi stannade 2 nätter.
