Sehr schöne Anlage, für einen Kurzurlaub sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, obwohl es sehr heiß war, war es im Garten/Park sehr angenehm und herrlich ruhig.
Zugang zu den Pools ist bereits ab 07:00 möglich, dort gibt es auch bereits Kaffee und Tee, Kuchen und Nüsse zur Selbstbedienung. Die hauseigene Cafeteria bittet hervorragende Mehlspeisen und kleine Gerichte, allerdings nur bis 18:00

Cons:

Abendkarte ist sehr eingeschränkt, nur 2 Menüs, davon kann man jedoch einzelne Gerichte auswählen.
Für Gäste die am Abend wenig essen wollen, eine Einschränkung!
Die Wespenplage auf der Terrasse war schrecklich, im Freien Essen war nicht möglich!
Kein Raucherplatz im ganzen Hotel, geduldet ein Tisch im Garten!

Ein besonders schönes Wellnesshotel
Pros:

In diesem Hotel gibt es nichts, was nicht besonders gut wäre. Wir haben während unserer Radreise eine Nacht im Hotel geschlafen. Der Wellnessbereich im Hotel ist sehr schön, groß und gepflegt. Auch die Kärntentherme konnten wir uneingeschränkt nutzen. Unser Zimmer war groß mit Balkon und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack große Vielfalt aus besten Zutaten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Schöne Lage aber ansonsten Enttäuschung pur

Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Aber es war kein Tisch gedeckt.Man sah auch kein Personal.

Cons:

Nie im Leben ein 4Sterne Haus und schon gar kein Wellnesshotel ein Planschbecken als Swimmingpool. Keine Sauna keinRuhebereich.Ich werde dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen.Personal ist unsichtbar.

Ho soggiornato con un'amica 3 giorni, e siamo state molto bene. Assolutamente consigliato!
Pros:

Colazione ottima, ingredienti di qualità e vasta scelta dolce e salato. Abbiamo cenato in Hotel solo una sera e lo consiglio vivamente. Il plus di questa struttura è la posizione: puoi soggiornare e fare camminate facili, medie e impegnative, partendo a piedi dall'albergo!

Cons:

Il personale alla reception, per quanto gentile, non era preparato per fornire informazioni turistiche tipo passeggiate/trekking il materiale informativo era al 90% in in lingua tedesca.

Kiváló szálloda, de vannak barátságtalan és sötét szobák.

A fürdő részleges felújításáról nem értesítettek és a szoba sötét és barátságtalan volt.

Personale alla reception e in sala pranzo scostante e per nulla amichevole. Non è poi possibile che un hotel 5 stelle faccia eseguire i lavori di rifacimento della propria piscina al coperto in pieno agosto creando rumori assordanti che si sentivano stando seduti sulle sdraio della piscina esterna.

Historic hotel with real character, but far below the 5-star wellness experience its rating suggests
Pros:

Warmbaderhof undoubtedly has genuine history and character. This is not an artificially styled “historic” hotel: the property has deep roots as an Austrian thermal and medical resort, and that heritage is clearly an important part of what makes the hotel special.

Our renovated room was pleasant and comfortable, and the setting itself is peaceful. We also understand why the hotel has such a loyal clientele, including guests who apparently return year after year. For someone specifically looking for a traditional Austrian thermal and medical-wellness hotel, with an emphasis on treatments, doctors, therapeutic facilities and familiarity, Warmbaderhof may be a very good fit.

We also want to give special credit to two ladies from the restaurant, who ultimately saved our evening. They were kind, professional, attentive and genuinely tried to find a solution for us. Their service was exactly the type of hospitality we had expected from a 5-star hotel, and we are sincerely grateful to them.

This is important to mention because our criticism is not directed at every member of staff. There are clearly employees here who care about their guests and understand excellent hospitality.

Cons:

Considering the exceptionally high rating of this hotel and its positioning as a 5-star wellness property, our overall experience was genuinely disappointing.

We travel very frequently and usually stay in 5-star hotels of very different types — historic grand hotels, modern resorts, classic city hotels and destination wellness retreats. We therefore fully understand that a 5-star hotel does not need to be new, fashionable or minimalist to provide an excellent luxury experience.

Our criticism is not that Warmbaderhof is traditional or old-fashioned.

The real problem was the level of service, communication, wellness experience and attention to detail, which did not match what we normally associate with a 5-star hotel.

Our arrival already set the tone.

We arrived at around 19:00 in heavy rain. Nobody came outside to assist us. We unloaded all our luggage ourselves. At reception, one member of staff checked us in, handed us the keys and explained where to park.

Nobody offered to park the car, assist with the luggage, accompany us to the room or properly explain the hotel.

This was particularly surprising because services such as parking assistance, concierge service and a welcome drink are specifically promoted by the hotel itself. Yet we experienced none of these things on arrival.

Warmbaderhof consists of several historic and newer buildings connected by a rather confusing network of corridors, so we ended up carrying our luggage and searching for our room ourselves.

What surprised us even more was that almost nothing about the hotel was properly introduced at check-in.

Nobody explained the history of the property, the significance of the thermal water, how the wellness and medical concept works, where the different facilities are, which spa areas belong to the hotel, what needs to be reserved in advance, how the restaurants work or what important rules guests should know.
