Breakfast was good
The room had a lot of dead ladybugs in it. A guest tried to break into the joining room
And was loud the whole night
The room was fine.
They failed to mention that the hotel was under construction. The only thing accessible was your room. Zero amenities and no wifi. Sounded like a jackhammer in your room until 5pm. Ridiculous that they didn't disclose this!
The bathroom smelled like urine. Hair on the rim of the toilet bowl.
The staff was very helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast accommodations were very good and the attendant was exceptional.

Great experience. Hadnt been to ILM in a good while and its under renovation rn but they have the SAME AWESOME staff as a few years ago when I was here and I felt so welcomed! The rooms are done and the hallways but lobby is still being worked on but this place looks AMAZING! I cant wait to see the final product! Managers Nichole and Jessica are so pleasant to deal with and the young man at night is always welcoming. Didnt get to see the night lady this trip but looking forward to next trip and saying hello, I hear she is also still here. Thanks for another great stay!
Very nice experience! The hotel is close to everything and the atmosphere was relaxed.
The guy of the front desk is a plus is so friendly and very efficient.
The staff t this hotel is absolutely amazing! Southern/Coastal hospitality was shown in every possible way. I ate at the best places because of the staffs recommendations, the hotel was clean, pool was warm, gym was ample, and being able to use a grill while there made me feel right at home! I also enjoyed the kitchens, as I enjoy home cooked meals on the road too. Breakfast was always hot and tasty, I especially enjoyed the ham egg n cheese croissants and that crustless spinach quiche was chefs kiss! Ill be back.
Wonderful stay. Staff was more than accommodating. Colleen at the front desk was helpful. Chad the maintenance technician was awesome and helped us out tremendously when we accidentally lost our car keys down the storm drain. He came out and fished them out with his giant magnet. What a life saver.
Everybody was very nice , it was clean well stocked . Great price , easy access location .

Comfortable beds and nice shower pressure.
That being said, overall appearance of halls and amenities seemed dated and not as nice. No water refill station anywhere on premises, only water fountains. Not walkable to anything, but otherwise convenient location.
Beds were nice and comfortable
The cleaning was terrible. I own a cleaning company and I was shocked that there were pubic hairs left in the shower, the carpet in the second floor hallway was covered in all kinds of crumbs and trash, including multiple nicotine pouches, large Toe nails, and dander that had just been left all over the carpet. We left for the day on Saturday, and expected service to stop in to replace towels, make the bed and at least empty trash, but when we returned no one had even checked in to see if the room needed anything. We stay at hotels regularly, and this was the most filthy of them all. I do appreciate that the sheets and bed were clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew definitely does a poor job though. There were old candy bars left on top of the short refrigerator in our room as well, and the fridge and bars were covered in a thick layer of dust.

Location, breakfast was sufficient
Bathroom sink was blocked. We rented 2 rooms - cleanliness in rooms was average. Cleanliness in general throughout hotel seemed below par, passageways didn't look like they had been cleaned. One lift was out of order for part of our visit.
Stayed there again for business. Nice accommodations, including the full kitchen.
Was close to my jobsite, about 20 minutes.
Best part of the stay however, was the personnel! Everyone that I had contact with was top shelf. From managers Nicol and Jessica, to the desk staff, everyone was wonderful. Elias, Noel, and Colleen, were especially helpful when I needed some copies or had questions about the area. Additionally Colleen was most helpful with suggesting all the good spots to eat. In fact, I ate at 5 different places she recommended and all were very good. Hopefully I will get back there agian, but this time for vacation!!
