My original reservation was for a 2-week stay 5/3/26 - 5/18/26. My first contact with TownSuites Hotel was to notify the front desk that the first leg of my flight from San Antonio would be delayed. The plane had to be completely re-inspected due to a bird strike. Consequently, I would miss my connection in Charlotte to Wilmington, NC. I spoke with "Alias" to explain the unforeseen situation. He asked that I call again once I confirmed my arrival would be the next day. With a new flight ticket in hand departing the next morning from Charlotte, spoke again with Alias, nervously thinking my room rates would change. He calmed my worse fears and assured me that my rates would remain the same, same amenities, just a different room. I slept soundly that night knowing my room would be waiting for me the next day. Thank you Alias for your professionalism and quickly doing what was necessary to save/adjust my reservation on very important business trip. First impressions are lasting!

This hotel was so clean, helpful, quiet & clean!! Loved the complimentary fire pit & outdoor grill! Such an amazing family experience!!

I would said starting with hosted his name Elias was friendly. The first thing I may pay attention is the cleaning of the installation, lobby, rooms and bathroom and this place looks and smell very good, quiet place, the breakfast was good as well! We take 15-18 minutes to get Wilmington downtown and river walk! In other words 💯 recommended

From the time we arrived at the front desk to checkout EVERYONE was absolutely wonderful! The property was clean and recently updated with a wonderful beach theme. Breakfast was timely every morning and Kelly who runs the breakfast buffet was always available to see if she could help make our mornings better. We will definitely stay again anytime we are in the Wilmington NC area!

I wanted to take the time to identify outstanding front desk representative/assistant manager, Jessica Willis. She provided excellent service and hospitality during my recent stay. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made my experience memorable.

As I approached the front desk, Ms Willis greeted me with a warm welcome and brilliant smile. She confirmed my reservation, recognized my loyalty status, and provided a briefing of the hotel’s amenities, including their membership with a local gym if I was interested.

From the moment I arrived, the staff (Ms Willis, breakfast representative (Ms Kelly), and hotel manager (Sean Grady) ensured a friendly, warm, and welcoming atmosphere not only to me but to all guests through their engagement and friendly conversations. The atmosphere equates to a ‘home away from home vibe’. The newly renovated establishment, comfortable accommodations, and delicious breakfast options exceeded my expectations. Ms Kelly prepared nutritious, healthy, and tasty food options for all palates.

The care and kindness of the staff is hands down the best. I had such a delightful stay. I plan to make this establishment my primary reservation location during future work travel to the area. I highly recommend.
