Breakfast is only at Denny’s. I think it was misrepresented online.
Being on main floor it felt like the floor was damp. The ice machine was apparently out of order. The location not good as there are sex workers working either close by or out of the hotel.

All was good..no complaints
The front desk in the afternoon were super nice. I liked the instant connexion to a 24h Dennys and the room itself was spacious and convenient. I was able to work and hang around the room. Overall fine place.
The images on booking.com at the time made it seem like there would be public lounging areas, there was not. I had asked to be contacted for the airport shuttle as well as an early check in but I was never contacted and never got my 5 phone calls returned. We got 2 towels but no bathmat day 1 and had to call front desk to get some more 2 days in. The cleaning staff were kind and efficient, but some snap back at you if you dare ask a question they maybe dont have the answer to (Could we have an extra towel). There was no water bottles in the mini fridge but also no info on if the sink/tap water was safe to drink.
When I first got to the hotel, the lady at the counter (very nice) seemed like it was her first day ever and acted surprised when I told her I had booked a room, and could barely understand me in english or french (I'm fluent in both) I asked if an early check in was possible and was told no, i asked if there was a lounge/work area I could hang out for (5h) and they sent me to a weird corner spot with no ac and a giant window where i was sweating and clearly in their way. I was really embarassed. When the staffed changed at the desk (2h in) they were WAY kinder and accomodating. Overall, for the price and the look/amenities, I think it's overpriced... you're better off going to their fancier option next door or book with another chain. The staff is nice honestly but it really doesnt make up for the lack of customer service/care and organisation this establishment has.

The parking was an issue, especially upon arriving late. I did eventually find a good spot but was rather tight. Other than this, the stay was great.
