Cons:

First room,The outlets didn't work. The room were we got moved. It was very cold on the side it was located main floor exit, close to back entrance that I got sick breathing cold air all night. Now I am sick 😰🤒🤮

The hot tub was not working this was not reported on website and only found out upon getting to pool area and was not offered to purchase breakfast ahead of time to have it included in the stay.

In the door there is always a very big van parked and for me (handicapped) it is difficult to go out in the hotel, specially with snow!!

Close to the Airport and Chop Restaurant!

Cons:

We booked our 2 rooms in November or earlier! One room was on the first floor and the other was on the third floor no where near each other! We asked for a wake up call then changed it as our flight changed but one room received the at the first time requested and it was not the correct time! Also both times we have been there there has been only one person working the front desk so check in takes some time!
