Close to the Airport and Chop Restaurant!

Cons:

We booked our 2 rooms in November or earlier! One room was on the first floor and the other was on the third floor no where near each other! We asked for a wake up call then changed it as our flight changed but one room received the at the first time requested and it was not the correct time! Also both times we have been there there has been only one person working the front desk so check in takes some time!

In the door there is always a very big van parked and for me (handicapped) it is difficult to go out in the hotel, specially with snow!!

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The cleaning ladies that I interacted with were very helpful.

Cons:

The one thing I thought wasn’t quite reasonable was the late checkout time. I had asked about a late checkout time due to the fact that I was taking a shuttle home (1.5 hours away). I was given an hour later. Though I understand the need to be ready for the next guest to arrive, I was hoping for a later checkout period. The staff did accommodate by allowing me to remain at the hotel lobby with the option of placing my luggage in a secure room until I was picked up by the shuttle.

It was normal
Pros:

I liked the order and cleanliness in the room.

Cons:

I didn't like the sound it makes when turning on the air conditioning, it's too loud and my family and I couldn't rest. I also didn't like that when we asked if we could use the pool they told us that it was open at all hours and when we wanted to go they told us that they had just closed.

Pool was not open. Ac didn’t work. Told the staff 3 times and nobody came to fix it .

Room overall was ok. Had sticky spots on carpet.

Cons:

Coffee was weak. I think there was a pool? We should be told about such things.
