Pros:

The lobby was very luxurious feeling upon entering, and it is one of the few hotels to offer enough proper bed space to sleep 3 adult couples, since the room had 2 real bed and a pull out

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was pitiful at best, the TV channel selection meager, should have smart tv with build in streaming to log into instead of screen casting from your cell phone, there were no robes in the room, and the vending machine didnt have pepsi, or snacks

I was disappointed, I arrived late and didn’t have the energy to ask for anew room, but slept poorly

Cons:

The hotel is starting to look run down, scuffs in walls, door jambs and carpet. My room had someone else’s garbage int he canister and the duvet cover was stained. Linens were clean Nader neath so I threw off the cover.

Cons:

First room,The outlets didn't work. The room were we got moved. It was very cold on the side it was located main floor exit, close to back entrance that I got sick breathing cold air all night. Now I am sick 😰🤒🤮

The hot tub was not working this was not reported on website and only found out upon getting to pool area and was not offered to purchase breakfast ahead of time to have it included in the stay.

Enjoyed the facilities and the restaurants would stay again but will have to make sure our rooms are on the same floor a
Pros:

Close to the Airport and Chop Restaurant!

Cons:

We booked our 2 rooms in November or earlier! One room was on the first floor and the other was on the third floor no where near each other! We asked for a wake up call then changed it as our flight changed but one room received the at the first time requested and it was not the correct time! Also both times we have been there there has been only one person working the front desk so check in takes some time!

In the door there is always a very big van parked and for me (handicapped) it is difficult to go out in the hotel, specially with snow!!
