Everything.
Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Evening meals in restaurant very good, staff polite & obliging. Bar staff excellent. Bar food amazing. Portions generous.
Receptionist couldn't do enough for you.
Having an unexpected upgrade to a suite, was a lovely and a big surprise.

Séjour dans cet hôtel très agréable et chic
Pros:

L'hôtel et ses décors étaient très chics. Le personnel très agréable, l'enregistrement à l'arrivée et pour le départ ont été rapide. La chambre était très propre. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel. Le bar était aussi très agréable ainsi que le choix proposé pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La largeur un peu petite des 2 lits simples de la chambre. L'emplacement, un peu éloigné de la vieille ville

Very Disappointing Experience – Rude Staff and Poor Customer Service!

Our experience at Green Garden Hotel, Prague, was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour of some reception staff.

On our first night, after submitting all our documents during check-in, we were disturbed at 8:30 PM by a male receptionist demanding that we come downstairs because they had forgotten to check our visas. Surprisingly, after collecting our details, he said it could have waited until the next day! If it wasn’t urgent, why disturb guests while they are sleeping because of the hotel’s own mistake?

On our last day, after checkout, we returned to collect our luggage. The female receptionist behaved rudely towards us, especially my son, and complained about something we weren’t even aware of. Such disrespectful behaviour towards guests is completely unacceptable!

Even basic amenities like daily drinking water bottles were not provided.

I must appreciate one female receptionist on our first day who was genuinely polite, respectful, and helpful. Unfortunately, the behaviour of the other two staff members ruined our overall experience.

Hospitality is about respecting guests, not making them feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The hotel seriously lacks customer care and professionalism.

Very poor customer service! Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Green Garden Hotel to families. Management needs to take these complaints seriously!

Excelente opcion en Praga
Pros:

Wow, excelente opcion. De todas las ciudades que visite en Europa en este viaje, esta hotel me encanto y fue el que me gustó mas. Es un hotel muy bonito y en mi opinión clásico, lo cual a mi me gusta mucho, excelentes instalaciones, servicio y el personal super amable en todo momento.

No haber podido estar mas tiempo en Praga y en el.hotel.

Pros:

夜行列車で朝の9時ごろに到着しました。スーツケースを預かってくれると伺っていたのですが、部屋が用意できているということで、すぐにチェックインし、そのまま部屋を使わせていただけました。これには大変感激しました。また、施設は清潔で朝食も今回の旅行では一番よかったです。旧市街から遠いことを心配していましたが、思ったほど遠くなく、お散歩程度の距離でした。

Cons:

浴槽があるとさらによかったですが、これは分かっていたことなので仕方ありません。
