Please clean the carpet
The staff are very helpful and kind and they're very understanding and very patient as to what my needs and they help me understand things that I didn't understand and they're very helpful with the rooms accommodations so five stars going out to the or is it 10 stars to the staff that accommodated me when I checked in
The rooms are okay the bed was just a little bit too small for my two boys and me but I like the fact that it gave me a stove and the tub the tub wasn't clean or was it sink but it's okay I cleaned it out.
A lot of parking spaces
I like the lady that check me in she was very multitask and she was very friendly and nice couldn't she had customer she would say I'll be with you just a second I'm sorry she was so sweet the stuff was pretty awesome but the rooms the bathroom was not cleaned and 1 of the stove top didn't work. But I was still able to cook.
Bathroom was not cleaned very well sink had some type of stain or something I could not tell what it was.

It was very dirty smelt terrible sheets were dirty still had hair in the sheets bathroom was dirty toothpaste/hair still in the sink didn’t look like the room at been cleaned what so ever

The rooms smell bad and they are not not clean properly there was a moldy plate in the microwave and there was a pair of shoes in the closet the staff is rude and not helpful i couldn’t even take a picture of the moldy plate cuz it was in there for couple of weeks it was disgusting and smell bad and made the room smell like crap

The cleanliness of the room.
The breakfast is elementary, just some cupcakes.
The location of the hotel was great, we didn't eat at the facilities.
When we arrived we had to stand there while there were 2 people at the counter helping one person. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. They charged my card for incidentals and I had already paid for the night. So I'm still waiting for that to be returned. The carpet on our floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. It was black at the end of the hallway and in front of each door. In our room, there was food, or blood on the wall above the table and when I went to use the sink in the bathroom it had something slimy all over the hot water handle. Made me nervous to stay there and sleep. The staff was nice enough but there should be some better pride in the facilities and cleanliness. Just felt dirty and uncared for.
The rooms were clean
There was no breakfast. When reserving it said there was a full breakfast. There was only coffee and it was cold and granola bars. There was also no kitchen equipment and no dish soap
