The location of the hotel was great, we didn't eat at the facilities.

Cons:

When we arrived we had to stand there while there were 2 people at the counter helping one person. We waited 10 minutes before being helped. They charged my card for incidentals and I had already paid for the night. So I'm still waiting for that to be returned. The carpet on our floor looked like they hadn't cleaned it in a long time. It was black at the end of the hallway and in front of each door. In our room, there was food, or blood on the wall above the table and when I went to use the sink in the bathroom it had something slimy all over the hot water handle. Made me nervous to stay there and sleep. The staff was nice enough but there should be some better pride in the facilities and cleanliness. Just felt dirty and uncared for.

There was no breakfast. When reserving it said there was a full breakfast. There was only coffee and it was cold and granola bars. There was also no kitchen equipment and no dish soap

Pros:

The “manager April” will not even attempt to help you if you’re not a male. And the way she lets stuff just go is beyond me. The floor was so sticky, there was a room just full of garbage, you could literally take your room trash and go dump it on a trash pile in a janitor closet. This place actually scared me. I was terrified to be alone here, loading and unloading.
