Struttura iperconveniente. Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario ma trasandato e non del tutto pulito

La posizione strategica e il prezzo correttissimo

Cons:

Scarsa empatia di chi ci ha accolto, difficoltà a comunicare con loro perché non leggono regolarmente i messaggi inviati tramite Booking e non hanno un numero whatsapp disponibile per chi chiama dall’estero o ha urgenza di contattarli (tipo noi imbottigliati nel traffico prima del check-in e impossibilitati a chiamare un fisso francese…)

Tres bon petit dejeuner et un monsieur tres agrable et chaleureux nous a accueilli les 2 matins.

Cons:

Une coupure d eau etait prevue de 8h a 17h le lendemain matin de notre arrivee. Sur le fond l etablissement n y est pour rien sur la forme on previent le client des la remise des clefs (on avait paye en ligne l apres midi cela n aurait rien change ) et on s excuse tout dd suite du desagrement nous l avons apris par une affiche devant l ascenseur...et suretout tres limite la reponse qui nous a ete faite quand nous lui avons dit un peu plus tard : "moi aussi j ai ce probleme car j habite a cote"...oui mr mais vous n etes pas client...peut etre l hotel aurait il pu compenser ce desagrement en nous offrant le parking prive a 8€...mais nous ne sommes pas du genre a reclamer...
Quand il a vu qu on ne ferait pas d histoire et que nous n etions pas virulents nous avons eu enfin des excuses...

Absolument Rien du tout. C’est la première fois que je laisse un commentaire si négatif car le niveau de saleté est très élevé.

Cons:

Établissement pas très bien situé. Il faut impérativement une voiture.
Extrêmement sale, sol sale, draps sales, meubles poussiéreux, miettes sur les couettes. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, très mauvaise odeur dans les draps et serviettes.
Le monsieur à l’accueil n’est pas très agréable et se laisse très vite emporter…
