Cons:

Elevator problems. Call button on 6th floor was broken making it necessary to call the desk to have it sent. Only one Elevator working.

Could be cleaner.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was good, but was overall I was disappointed with this stay. The pool was not clean, there was mold in my bathroom and only half of the lights in the bathroom worked. The beds were also not very comfortable and I woke up with an aching back.

Our air did not work. And the workers next door were remodeling a room so you could hear all the noises. Didn't sleep at all and alarm kept going off in the room next to ours. Worst experience I ever had at a Hampton

It was great unless we tried to relax in the room.

The furniture and plumbing was wore out. The furniture in the suites were beyond uncomfortable and the room was not set up good

Overall.good stay.
Pros:

Location to family and major highways. Breakfast was good. Waffles are always a hit. The pool was clean.

Cons:

The pool room had a very strong chlorine smell, bothered our lungs and eyes greatly! In our room the furnace cover came off when gently bumped. The lighting in bathroom was very dim.

It was overpriced and under delivered

the pool and hot tub and the personalized welcome on the TV screen was really cute

Cons:

there should be a age limit on the hot tub use, they do not vacuum the chairs, also crumbs behind the dressers, whatever is used to clean may need to be changed. I’m always used to re-wiping down surfaces, but for the shower and the toilet to have scum and grime pulled up after one cleaning from the guest makes me believe that the cleaners cut a lot of corners and do not properly clean hotel rooms, which is very unsanitary. The breakfast was very limited. It was not substantial for the definition of a hot cook breakfast. There was not a lot of options the hot water for tea had coffee grinds in it, which shows that no one sufficiently cleaned the containers that hold coffee, hot water tea if someone was allergic to coffee grinds they could have killed someone
