Great location. Lots of lovely touches in decor. We had a small room but it was well appointed. Nice welcome drink and area to sit. Really friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing- very steep staircase to get up to the room.

Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre avec manque d aération (alors que la température extérieure était bonne), pas de luminosité

We really enjoyed our stay, the location made it, but it was expensive for the size of the room.
Pros:

Location was amazing, staff were very helpful and friendly. It was only a 10 min walk from the Train Station, the neighbourhood was very nice.

Cons:

Room was too small, not enough space for hanging clothes, there was tea but no coffee left.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación, del barrio Jordaan y todo muy a mano. El hotel bonito y limpio.

Cons:

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. Dimos por sentado que un hotel de este nivel y al precio que está, tendría aire acondicionado. Llegamos un día que hacía 37 grados, el sol de tarde dando en la habitación y solo un ventilador. La habitación era un horno. Es cierto que el hotel especifica que no hay aire acondicionado, nosotros no nos dimos cuenta. Si vas en verano, ten en cuenta esta cuestión pues el hotel no está preparado para las olas de calor que está sufriendo Europa.

Amsterdam piekny.
Pros:

Mały hotelik położony blisko dworca, coffee shopów z widokiem na kanał. Do głównego placu około 10 min, do Rijksmuseum około 30 min spacerkiem. Śniadanie kontynentalne, dobrej jakości, wystarczające aby się najeść. Trzeba zwracać uwagę personelowi aby uzupełniali jedzenie.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji. Mieliśmy mały pokój z niewielkimi oknami, niewielką łazienką ale główny problem to brak klimatyzacji, zwłaszcza przy upałach. W pokoju był wiatrak ale przy temp. 35 stopni jest to żadne rozwiązanie. Problemem mogą być strome, wąskie schody ale taki urok dawnej kamienicy. Hotel pobiera depozyt zwrotny 25 euro od osoby.

Pros:

одна из самых любимых гостиниц в Амстердаме: великолепное расположение, отличная архитектура района, ровно то, что я и хочу видеть от гостиницы в старинном доме в центре Амстердама. Даже крутая лестница для меня плюс, хотя поднять чемодан на 3 этаж было не просто, но это настоящий опыт и яркие впечатления. Точно вернуть в эту гостиницу, тут всё замечательно, а вид из окон на канал - это прекрасно.

Cons:

Узкая и крутая лестница, но к этому надо быть просто готовым, мне это не принесло проблем, даже понравилось, настоящий дом в Амстердаме.

Wonderful stay, would recommend.
Pros:

Hotel was lovely and a great location, based next to a canal. Close to Amsterdam Centraal for trains, trams and buses, a great base to go off and explore Amsterdam. The staff were lovely and the rooms clean and tidy, my sons loved the mini basket ball net in the room.

Cons:

I prefer to have a separate sheet and blanket rather than a combination of the two. The sink was a little small, was challenging to shave.

The perfect blend of Dutch charm, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location made this a family stay to remember.
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of our time in Amsterdam. Traveling with a group of eight, we reserved two rooms, and Room 401 was truly exceptional. It felt like the best room in the hotel, complete with steps just outside where we could sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful canal views.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. After an overnight flight from the United States, we arrived well before check-in and greatly appreciated being able to store our luggage while we explored the city. Rasmus, Ebony, and Larissa were especially outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable.
The location could not have been better. Situated on a picturesque canal near the Anne Frank House, the hotel is within walking distance of many of Amsterdam’s most popular attractions. We were even able to take a direct train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Centraal Station and comfortably walk to the hotel.
As a historic property, the hotel has plenty of character, including some steep staircases in the main building. However, the staff happily assisted with luggage, making it a non-issue for our group.
A thoughtful touch was the complimentary beverage offered upon arrival. The hot chocolate quickly became a favorite and was the perfect welcome after our journey.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Between the outstanding hospitality, charming atmosphere, and unbeatable location, it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Cons:

Honestly, very little. The only thing to note is that the historic building has steep stairs, which could be difficult for some guests. The staff was happy to help with luggage, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
