Really lovely staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful. A great location, quiet, by the Hausergraght and in an old Amsterdam building.
Very small shower room, with water temperature varying. The breakfasts were quite limited and not wonderful ingredients.

El personal no pone interés en comunicarse con personas que no hablen inglés, si no sabes hablar inglés ni siquiera intentan usar un traductor para poder entenderse con el cliente, y eso en un hotel es inaceptable.
La habitación fría a la llegada. Apagan la calefacción de la habitación cuando hacen la limpieza y si has dejado la habitación ventilando te dejan las ventanas abiertas (eso en Ámsterdam es un problema).
Las habitaciones tienen mucho polvo.
Escaleras muy incómodas para maletas.
La habitación muy pequeña para el precio del hotel. No tiene armario. En el aseo no hay prácticamente espacio, no hay armarios.
Desayuno poco variado.

Booked a room with two single beds for 2 colleagues, and when we got there they told us they can't promise what we booked for and gave us a single bed and was not able to accommodate.

Super noisy in the morning. Staff dumping glass bottles every morning outside the room at 6am. Tiny room.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no hotel! A localização é excelente, facilitando bastante o deslocamento pela cidade, e o quarto era muito confortável e bem organizado.
Outro grande destaque foi o atendimento da equipe, sempre extremamente simpática, atenciosa e prestativa. Em especial, queremos agradecer à Larissa, brasileira, que nos deu toda a atenção e suporte durante a estadia, fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência!
Com certeza recomendamos o hotel e voltaríamos a nos hospedar novamente. 🇧🇷
Location was excellent and staff were super friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was tiny and the breakfast was just okay.
Bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent-- 10 minute walk from the train station and walkable to all major tourist destinations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and kept our bags safe on Sunday while we spent more time exploring before our train back to London. Location is safe and requires a key for entrance later at night.
The bathroom was not well maintained and was very musty and could have been cleaned better. The bathroom also had poor lighting.

the location is perfect as it’s close to everything we went to. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Perfect for short stays. beautiful building opposite a canal.
No bed side table on one side of the bed, not enough storage space and no mini fridge. no place for kettle to go so we had to use it on the floor.

We were in room 204 which had windows ar the front and back - we opted for a no canal view room but still nice.
The welcome drink was a nice touch, the staff were knowledgable and friendly
We were in room 204 despite two windows - it was very dark. One ceiling light - which was not bright at all, two lights either side of the bed, another light near the couch was needed. One of the lights was suspended glass lampshade it was place very close to the curtains which makes it at risk of breaking.
