The room provided what I needed for the overnight stay.
Pros:

The room was what I expected. The amenities were excellent and the bed was wonderful. We had to leave earlier than usual, so we didn't get breakfast.

Cleanliness
$250 smoking policy you have to sign but everyone smokes on the floor, as a nonsmoker this was uncomfortable the whole time.

Pros:

The entire hotel is filthy! It looks like an abandoned building, it smells like smoke, the blankets in my room were dirty the pillow cases had stains, floor was sticky and the toilet wouldn't flush. I ended up not staying, we left after 20 minutes and im still waiting on a my refund.

Quite bed was comfortable and room was clean

Cons:

They charged my card for one of the rooms that I prepaid and I haven't received my money back yet the keep giving me excuses and im waiting on booking.com to verify it so I can receive my money so as of now I'm out of $348 and is a big inconvenience

Pros:

Great breakfast was fast and easy. Check in and check out was simple. Friendly staff clean rooms. Highly recommended
