Immer wieder gerne !!!!!

Man kann sich nur den positiven Kommentaren anschließen. Wir reisen sehr viel und schreiben viele neutrale Kommentare. Dieses Hotel haben wir unterschätzt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer/ Badezimmer sehr modern und das Personal war mega freundlich. Die Bettdecken waren perfekt. Die Bettdecken waren aus einem speziellen Stoff. Sehr angenehm. Die Sauna war sehr neu und modern. Das Abendessen war der Hammer. Das 6 Gänge Menü war perfekt. Jeder Gang wäre ein Foto wert gewesen. Man kann es nicht in Wort fassen. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind, würden wir schon auf Grund des Abendessens das Hotel wieder besuchen. Selbst beim Frühstück wurde sich gemerkt, dass wir glutenfreies Essen bevorzugen und somit bekamen wir am nächsten Tag glutenfreie Sachen auf den Tisch gestellt. Die Besitzerinnen sind nicht aufgesetzt freundlich sondern sehr höflich, lieb und ganz entspannt. Das Hotel hat eine historische Geschichte und viele liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer ( Bibliothek). Nachmittags wird eine sog. Jause angeboten; leckere Suppe , Kuchen und Gebäck. Im Kaminzimmer gibt es eine umfangreiche Teebar.

Cons:

Es sind keine Cremes oder Lotionen im Badezimmer vorhanden. Für uns nicht wichtig, aber zu erwähnen. Das Skigebiet ist etwas weiter entfernt, aber mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wer das Hotel kennengelernt hat , nimmt dieses gerne in Kauf.

Its simply awesome. The room is very clean and nice, the hotel's style is romantic, modern and very cozy. The breakfast is fantastic, the staff is very helpful.

Pros:

Hotel je stvarno prekrasno uređen i dekoriran, jako ugodan što se tiče i eksterijera i interijera. Spa nam se također jako svidio, odlične saune i sve je stvarno jako čisto i mirišljavo. Soba odlična, uredna, čista i prostrana sa svim ugodnim sadržajem. Doručak dobar.

Cons:

Za hotel od 4 zvjezdica smo ipak očekivali puno više. Najprije se zbog osoblja nismo osjećali nimalo dobrodošlo. Dočekala nas je recepcionerka koja slabo priča engleski i nije nas ništa informirala (dok je sami nismo pitali). Ostalo osoblje nam se obraća na njemačkom dok mi njima pričamo na engleskom (?!) Najgore od svega, organizacija oko večere i kvaliteta hrane. Večera nas je okusom jako razočarala, dosta toga je bilo neukusno, i između predjela i glavnog jela smo čekali jedan sat i 20 minuta bez ikakve isprike bilo koga na dulje čekanje! Konobari su nas samo ignorirali.
Od cijelog osoblja smo se ugodno osjećali samo radi jedne jako drage recepcionerke pri check outu i jednog dragog konobara, osim toga, bilo nam je neugodno i boraviti u prostoru hotela koliko smo se osjećali nedobrodošlo.
Ogroman minus za hotel su najlošiji jastuci koje smo dobili u životu, ne vjerujem da bi itko stavio takve jastuke u sobu hotela s 4 zvjezdice!
