Pros:

Wir sind immer wieder gerne hier. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, die Lage ist schön ruhig und doch kommt man gut zu Fuß ins Burgviertel. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider konnte man dieses Mal die Lüftung im Zimmer nicht abstellen, weshalb es etwas laut war. Dies sollte aber am nächsten Tag gleich behoben werden (nach unserer Abfahrt). Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Внимательный персонал, хорошая уборка. Обалденные кровати с классными подушками и нежнейшим одеялом. Такое реально редкость в отелях) Очень хорошие завтраки.

Lovely hotel that feels like home
Pros:

The staff here really goes out of the way to make you feel welcome and valued.
Breakfast is amazing and Pavla is an exceptional asset to this hotel. Always has a smile and kind words.
The hotel is lovey, clean and tucked away in a perfect location in Prague.
Book here, you will not regret it!

Pros:

Bel hôtel avec personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses.
A 30mn du centre historique à pied. Belle ballade.

Incredible hotel, beautiful courtyard, helpful staff, great breakfast and comfortable beds
Pros:

Beautiful authentic location next to monastery with great views. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was great and bed were very comfortable.

Cons:

Really not about the hotel but if you are walking be ready for a workout walking back up the hill on Uvoz, but this is the price for the amazing views.

Nettes Personal.
Kleiner Sauna Bereich aber nie viel los. Eher ruhig.
Frühstück super ausreichend.
20 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt.
Alles in allem ein schöner Ort für ein kurz Urlaub 😀

Cons:

In der Nacht heizt dieses Klima Gerät im Zimmer warum auch immer auf 33° also Pyjama nicht notwendig!!

Prag ist herrlich und entschädigt einen für alle Umstände die im Hotel leider aufgetreten sind

Die Lage und das Frühstück sind gut!

Cons:

-Keine deutschsprachige Rezeption
-Zimmer abgewohnt, leicht schmuddelig
-einige unlogische Einrichtungen wie z.B. Lichtschalter
für das Bad auf der falschen Seite. Der sollte immer auf der offenen (Klinken) Seite sein

Cons:

The breakfast was a disappointment. Apparently, it was not included. This was not communicated well on the website. The communication from the staff was not correct (and even a little condescending), which resulted in me receiving a bill of CZK 570 afterward for a little bowl of yogurt and a coffee .... The cappuccino came from a machine instead of being homemade. You would expect that at that price. The fruit didn't look very fresh either.
