Pros:

Exceptional service from Ms. Taly at reception. At the end of a very stressful trip, she was warm, positive and found a solution for my booking, lent me her phone charger and offered to arrange a taxi. Outstanding hospitality and a lovely, quiet location near the castle. Five stars.

Tolle Lage für einen schönen Städtetripp
Pros:

Tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Prager Burg und nur ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes freundliches Personal

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und etwas altmodisch. Nach einem ganzen Tag auf den Beinen wollten wir die Abende vor dem Fernseher ausklingen lassen, es gab aber leider nur 2 Programme, und selbst diese waren permanent gestört. Auch eine Beschwerde brachte leider kein anderes Ergebnis. Achtung! Parken in der Nähe ist leider fast unmöglich. Das Hotel bietet deshalb bei rechtzeitiger Buchung Parkplätze im Innenhof an. Diese sind aber sehr begrenzt vorhanden und mit 75 Euro für 2 Nächte auch recht teuer.

L'hôtel est charmant et la chambre aussi.

Cons:

L'accueil au bar, pas de bonjour, juste un signe de tête pour dire qu'on nous écoute. Ces écrans avec un long reportage sur des malades alités, des images qu'on se passerait bien de voir. Une chambre dans les combles avec une petite fenêtre, hors de prix. Un lit meme pas refait le lendemain. Des oublis consécutifs du personnel au bar et au restaurant.

Hervorragendes Frühstück und guter Service
Pros:

Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Lage etwas außerhalb, jedoch dadurch sehr ruhig und mit der Straßenbahn gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im vierten Stock sind durch die Dachschräge etwas beengt und durch ein sehr kleines Fenster ziemlich dunkel.
