I would not stay at this hotel again, and I won’t use booking.com again.
Pros:

I didn’t eat breakfast, but it looked appetizing.

Cons:

The toilet was dirty, there is no coffeemaker in the room (dealbreaker), and I selected a 2 queen bed accomodation, and when I got to my room, it was one king bed. This was rectified after I dragged my luggage back down to the front desk and informed the staff.

Overall it was good
Pros:

The room was fine, just had a weird smell. Breakfast and pool were enjoyed by my family and the staff was really nice and helpful!

The smell of our room. It was clean but just smelled pretty bad. Like body odor smell

Cons:

I had to call the front desk twice due to issues with the TV. It didn’t work, if I was on live tv the channels never came through and I couldn’t do the air tv because the WiFi wouldn’t connect. I asked for assistance and never got it. I was told “to check and see if anything was unplugged and to plug it back in because maintenance sometimes unplugs things when cleaning. They would be up to check in a minute” the first time I called. The second time I called they would me maintenance would by up there to fix it and they never came me. I just played with the TV until it worked

Spacious and the ac was working very well. Staff were polite, friendly and informative. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Plugs on night stand didn’t work had to use surge protector behind bed. Behind bed had mixed nuts and other trash. Toilet lid/seat needs to be replaced.

Overall a very good experience.
