Für einen Städtetrip völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage direkt an der Autobahn; Zimmergröße ist gut; immer Personal in der Nähe, wenn man es braucht

Cons:

Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können; viel Staub im Zimmer; keine Toilettenbürste im WC; Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen (Klimaanlage); Zimmer müsste an einigen Stellen nachgebessert werden (Schäden, Klebereste, Dreck, fehlende Dinge)

Pros:

Overall was a good experience. Evening staff especially were really friendly and helpful. Games room was nice but if bigger and in more open space would have been nicer and more family friendly.

Cons:

For the price that it was would have expected complimentary hot drinks (or at least accessible) for guests staying there, as seen in other hotels. Parking issue every day- barriers would not open even though we had made full payment at the start. Toilets and bathrooms should have had locks on doors.

Receptionist was vriendelijke jongen. Ik verstond hem niet helemaal goed doordat mijn gehoor wat minder is. Maar zijn vrouwelijke collega was een stuk minder vriendelijk. Vraag mij altijd af of zij ook zo zou willen worden behandeld.

Personal sind super sympathisch und sondern Elisabeth am Restaurant sie achtet auf alles , wenn ich Sie 10 Sterne geben könnte,hätte ich gegeben.

Frühstück war toll .

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht zufriedenstellend.
Uns haben viele Dinge im Zimmer gefehlt. Die Bettwäsche wurde drei Tage lang nicht gewechselt.
Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel erwartet man im Zimmer zumindest Hausschuhe, Duschgel und vor allem eine Toilettenbürste. Letzteres war besonders unangenehm, da man so nicht einmal selbst für Sauberkeit sorgen konnte. Gleichzeitig haben die Reinigungskräfte offenbar nicht gründlich bzw. nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Dadurch entstand der Eindruck, dass weder das Personal ausreichend sauber macht noch die Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, selbst nachzuhelfen. Das finden wir für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sehr ungewöhnlich.
