Cons:

Nothing else about this hotel matters at this point, except the fact that the air conditioning in both my room and my friend’s room is not working at all.

This is completely unacceptable, especially when the temperature outside during the day is around 40°C. I chose this hotel hoping it would be comfortable and provide everything a guest needs. However, having no working air conditioning in this heat is simply absurd and unacceptable.

None of us were able to sleep. The room has no windows, so there is no way to ventilate it.

I am extremely disappointed with this stay.

Even slapen voor de vlucht.
Pros:

De bedden waren goed, badkamer ok.

Cons:

Onze kamer was geupgraded door het Hotel. Wij vonden echter zelf dat de niet-geupgrade kamer beter was San de geupgrade.
Het ontbijt was matig. Het brood voelde oud aan en was niet ruim voorradig. Ditzelfde gold voor het beleg. De koffie was ronduit niet te drinken en qua sappen deze waren bijna op en werden niet of nauwelijks aangevuld. De bediening van het ontbijt was ongeïnteresseerd en deed niet de moeite om naar je toe te komen. Zeer teleurstellend.

Lekker slapen voor de vlucht
Pros:

De ontvangst bij de receptie was buitengewoon vriendelijk en voorkomend. We werden goed geholpen voor wat betreft het opstaan om onze pendelbus nasr Schiphol te kunnen halen. Compensatie gekregen voor het wel betaalde maar niet kunnen nuttigen van het ontbijt.

Pros:

Una bella camera d'hotel dorata di molti confort. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

Il docciaschiuma non era presente nel box doccia. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, due adulti, e sebbene fosse presente la macchina del caffè della Nespresso, sono state fornite solo 2 capsule.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und angenehm gestaltet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und alles war tadellos sauber.
Bemerkenswert ist die Geräuschdämmung nach außen - vom nahen Flughafen hört man so gut wie nichts.
In 10 min ist man an der Straßenbahn zum Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Für heutige Bedürfnisse fehlt es etwas an Steckdosen, außerdem wäre genug Platz für eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit (Doppelzimmer!) gewesen.

Perfect hotel!

Pros:

The executive room was good and the restaurant staff was very considerate to serve us dinner last minute.

Cons:

Too much to walk from the elevator as the hallways are very lengthy and the rooms are numbered uneven. The game room is not maintained and there is no pool or hot tub. There is no amenities outside the hotel and is very isolated from anything near. No other restaurant or parks to go anywhere.
