Very cool experience getting to stay at a national monument! We stayed in the Pasha suite. It was great learning about this history of this building. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tasty, filling breakfast included. Room was a little tight, shower passable. Getting to parking is a challenge.
Great experience to stay in an old Ottoman house, guided tour included. Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. Good location for old town, trains and buses. The bathroom could do with an update, not very practical.
Our room was in the eaves and much of the bedroom space and bathroom space was way too low.It was supposed to be a superior double but really most of it was inaccessible and not well laid out. Bath towels were tiny and not really of hotel quality.
Very interesting place though - friendly staff and decent breakfast. Parking is not straightforward - not very clear about where to go particularly not being familiar with the town. I think the rooms lower down would be better or else they should be clearer about what to expect as from the images we saw it did not reflect the room we got.
Great historical and centrally located building, amenities are a little restricted because the original design is protected, however it is pleasant for one or two nights stay.
Nice breakfast, wonderful staff. The 3rd floor room is in the roof with slanted walls. Would recommend not booking this room if you are tall since it is cumbersome to get in and out of the area where the bed is located. The same concern exists for the bathroom in the 3rd floor.
Warnest and most kind welcome. Really friendly and helped with luggage. Wonderful property worh so much history and full of intriguing artefacts. Lovely breakfast. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and ready to give you time to chat. Parking easy. Essy walking to the old town. Loved the people here and the property.
Absolutely incredible. So hospitable and will for sure be recommending!
Great location, close to the city center but quiet. Staff was friendly! Breakfast was a bonus
Such a little gem in Mostar! Loved the history of the place and the short tour given upon check out. Highly recommend if looking for a night or two in Mostar!
Just what we needed for a 1 night stay in Mostar. Exceeded all our expectations.
Once we found this "hidden" hotel, we were greeted by a beautiful garden and three wonderful innkeepers. You could not find three nicer people! Rooms are small and bathrooms are smaller and hotwater heater tiny, but the point of our stay was to stay someplace unique. It was completely worth the stay.
Best for short or limber guests who don't mind stooping in rooms. The Pasha Suite is finished beautifully with heated tile floors and nice tiled shower and vanity and an authentic replica ceiling, custom sofa and a lovely bed surround with entries on each side of the headboard. But it is not made clear that only the sitting room is full height and the bedroom and bathrooms are well under the roof so you cannot stand full height in those rooms if you are over 5'8" and be more than a foot from the sink or the entryways into the bed area. The bed photo is taken sitting on the floor. There's no space for a shower door or light so you need to take care not to splash water. There's a mini fridge. It is a quiet and dark orientation which is nice, and you can wander in the museum for more space, but the sitting room is very nice and enough room.
The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is outstanding and the tour excellent. It is not far from the main bridge area and an easy walk lightly uphill.
Definitely an interesting and beautiful, gracious stay at the museum, but you might consider a regular room if you like standard ceiling heights instead of this suite.
It was a great experience to stay at this hotel and very close walking distance to the old bridge. It was very difficult to find at night by car. If you are from Iowa like us, we recommend arriving before sunset. The fenced, secure parking is nearby. It has a beautiful courtyard to enjoy coffee and terrace to enjoy breakfast.
This a very unique property with an intereating history.
Staff are absolutely friendly and thoughtful! The place is unique, so will be your experience! A meseum itself! A good surprise overall and strongly recommend. Breakfast is also well prepared.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Creepy mannequins aside, stunning property and service.
Hotel is a Bosnian National Monument with a lot of Ottoman heritage features throughout the property and a museum. Nice welcome beverage. Beautiful courtyard and lovely buffet breakfast. Short walk to Old Town Stari Grad and Stari Most.
Just wow ! Building is impressive, rooms are meticulous and service is friendly!
10/10…wonderful hosts. Right in the middle of everything. Nice breakfast.
