Pros:

La struttura è situata nel centro e comoda ai servizi,noi abbiamo utilizzato come punto di appoggio per la maratona di Venezia,molto gentili ed attenti nel dare indicazioni per mangiare in zona,per gli orari della colazione e per il late check out,consigliati!

Cons:

La struttura è in fase di ammodernamento nelle parti comuni,le stanze sono da prendere di sicuro per mano per un restauro pesante,soprattutto i servizi igienici.

Cons:

Il degrado della struttura sia esternamente che internamente:
poca cura dei dettagli che richiedono manutenzione, in particolare nella nostra stanza (pulizia ottima), bidet non opportunamente fissato al pavimento, lavandino troppo piccolo per lavarsi viso e denti, nessun appendino per gli asciugamani e purtroppo un fastidioso, costante rumore di acqua (scarico?) proprio vicino al letto. Pavimento con parquet pesantemente rigato in più punti.
La colazione (personale accogliente e gentilissimo) non vale i 7 euro a testa: si punta sulla quantità e non sulla qualità.
Un caffè o cappuccino stile bar avrebbe fatto la differenza insieme alle torte industriali e sicuramente almeno del giorno prima. Sicuramente ci sono ampi presupposti di miglioramento.

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo. Camere comode.
Posizione strategica per raggiungere la partenza della maratona. Parcheggio privato gratuito.
Colazione a 7€ senza eguali! Davvero buonissima.
Direi tutto perfetto.

One restaurant near by

Cons:

The room was clean but some stuff didn't work, the sink was clogged and my TV didn't have any service, so I put in a request for them to come and check they told me later about an hour because they had a large group coming in, so I waited until 11pm they never showed up. Bad Customer Service 👎🏻👎🏻
