Very satisfied except the traffic jam.
Pros:

Location and the room are clean and spacious

Cons:

Traffic around the hotel area is quite bad and jam. Motor bikes go in all direction without obeying traffic sign or rules.

Cons:

外部环境比较复杂，交通不是很便利，而且只要是下雨天，估计想打车出门都不可能，只能打伞走二十分钟走去坐地铁，这是最大的遗憾

We liked the spaciousness of the room as well as the convenient location of the hotel.

We would also like to commend one of the hotel staff members, Ms. Lily Li, who kindly assisted us in making advance reservations over two days at a very popular diner. She went the extra mile by providing us with live updates via WeChat on the queue progress to ensure that we did not miss our queue number. Thanks to her dedication and assistance, we were able to secure our reservation and eventually dine at the popular eatery.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Lily Li for her exceptional dedication and commitment in helping her guests.

The stained bathroom floor tiles and generally worn out fittings in bathroom.

Me gustó muchísimo la atencion de Mona y May. También Howard fue muy amable. Era muy bueno porque también te recibían los botones y te cargaban las maletas hasta el cuarto

Quizás la ubicación no es la más guapa pero el servicio es increíble y las instalaciones

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean next to a shopping street and lots of good food

Cons:

Location is at the old side of Guangzhou so cars takes awhile to arrive due to small and congested streets

Pros:

I had a good experience when I stayed Holiday Inn several years ago. This time the same hotel was even much better after upgrading. Much posh and well upgraded. Will definitely recommend to my friends
