موظفين رائعين و غرفة ممتازه لكن موقع الفندق هو ما يعيبه فقط .

تقسيم الغرفة رائع لمن لدية اطفال
استمتع الاطفال بحجم الغرفة و دورة المياة و الاهتمام بتفاصيل تسعد الاطفال من ارواب و حجم الكرسي .

الموظفين رائعين و بالأخص TERRY TANG لقد كان خدوماً و متعاوناً جداً اضاف لاقامتنا جودة ممتازة. نشكرة من هذا المنبر مره اخرى .

Concierge Eden Yong’s helpfulness and local knowledge stood out and enhanced our stay.
Pros:

Rooms - spacious, comfortable, clean.
Location - convenient. Shangxiajiu Pedestrian street is literally behind the hotel and within walking distance to Yongqingfang.
Staff - courteous, helpful. Worth mentioning are concierge Eden Yong who assisted with DiDi and arranged airport transfer, and front lobby staff ?Ella/Bella.

Cons:

The hotel faces an abandoned building site that is often occupied by homeless people at night. While we did not experience any direct issues, the view and atmosphere can be uncomfortable.
