Smoking, including e-cigarettes, in any unit or public place will incur an additional charge.

We will be upgrading selected areas at the ground floor entrance starting from July 6th, 2026. Loved my stay at the Voco
Pros:

What a gorgeous hotel, slick beach-themed staff in straw hats and floral shirts, beautiful large room with view. Staff remembered my name, one even went out of their way to even book me a didi from their personal account, much appreciated when I was heading to an industrial area to meet a new contact. Local food stalls on the street outside the hotel were a lot of fun and a small taste of the local culture.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had an issue with taxis struggling to find the hotel, even with the Chinese characters on the address. There was also no staff outside the hotel - you need to go up an elevator to get to the lobby, which made me nervous as a woman travelling alone to arrive late at night with a delayed flight.

Amazing! Highly recommend!
Pros:

A big thank you to Bella and May for their excellent service and help! Very friendly and helpful, particularly with translation as I cannot speak Chinese! Thank you Bella and May.

Also, we had a parcel delivered and Howard was very helpful in locating and tracking the parcel. Thank you Howard!

Hotel is very clean, amazing service. Great breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again!
