Hard to get grab location
Pros:

Room space is spacious and we are able to add 1 extra bed

Cons:

The Housekeeping Staff - A ring was stolen and only after threatening staff return to me. I have to pay hefty postage fees as they claim I dropped it under the bed! How ridiculous as I kept it under a jewellery bag with care as it is an expensive jade ring. Very disappointing experience.

The lobby was so pathetic; the picture provided were showing a wide driveway and that is absolutely misleading.

Comfortable stay, will be back To
Pros:

Location is convenient, walking distance to Yongqingfang, Shamian Island and shopping street. Guangzhou restaurant and TaoTaoJu few minutes from hotel. Helpful and friendly staffs - Bella, Eden.
Much appreciated for removing the extra bed charges when 1 of my friends could not make it to the trip.

Cons:

Nil as all is good.

Хорошее расположение относительно доступности к метро, шопингу и мест для прогулок. Уборка номеров каждый день. Хорошие завтраки. Красивый внешний вид.

Cons:

В номере плохая звукоизоляция, проблемы с обменом валюты.

It’s a wonderful and spacious place. Also one of the very few hotels that have connecting rooms.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean. The property has a proper sheltered front for pick up and drop off.

Cons:

It would be better if it is near a metro station. The bathroom tap is positioned in such a way that water splashes easily onto the basin top.
