Bella struttura , sia business che relax
Pros:

Ampia struttura a poca distanza da Matera (comunque bisogna prendere l'auto o un servizio navetta per arrivare in centro) , stanza e bagno della giusta dimensione, silenziosa , area colazioni con molta scelta tra dolce e salato.
Parcheggio interno un pò congestionato.
Erano in fase di ristrutturazione ma nessun intralcio per l'utilizzo della struttura.
Ottimo albergo

Bellissima struttura ,peccato che molte zone nn fossero agibili per lavori di ristrutturazione in corso

Gli ascensori erano un po’ sporchi e sul balcone esterno erano presenti nidi di insetti,probabilmente perché immerso nelle campagne…servirebbe più attenzione

De locatie was oké, goede uitvalsbasis voor matera te bezoeken. Vrouw aan het zwembad was heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Bij inchecken was de man onvriendelijk en verstond bijna geen Engels. In de kitranden van het bad vond je schimmel. Er waren werken aan de gang in het hotel waardoor je niet rustig kon overdag in je kamer zijn. Hele tijd geluid van boren. Ze prijzen veel zwembaden aan maar je mag maar 1 gebruiken, dan nog met badmuts. Het water was gewoon bruin in de douche door de werken. De airco stond de hele dag op de koudste stand, maar in de kamer bleef het warm (27graden). Dit hotel is geen aanrader! Het ontbijt is werkelijk verschrikkelijk. Er is niet eens fatsoenlijk brood voorzien. Het ei is puur zout, de yoghurt is warm. Koffiekoeken zijn extreem droog.

Tutto splendido
Pros:

Location interna molto bella, curata, moderna, ottima posizione e soprattutto ottima colazione, location esterna con piscine, ruscelli, laghetto con pesci, divanetti immersi nel verde sotto le palme, ottima atmosfera la sera dopo aver cenato nel loro ristorante a bordo piscina. Personale molto preparato e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno stavano effettuando lavori di miglioramento sia nella parte esterna che nella parte interna, ma hanno risolto spostando il buffet all ultimo piano per eventuali disagi.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido algo decepcionante. Lo peor fue que el hotel estaba en obras y nos informaron de ello solo unos días antes de nuestra llegada, cuando ya habíamos pagado la reserva. De haberlo sabido con antelación, probablemente habríamos elegido otro alojamiento.

Como consecuencia de las obras, solo estaba abierta una de las tres piscinas, por lo que estaba completamente abarrotada. Era imposible disfrutar de un momento de tranquilidad, ya que todos los huéspedes teníamos que compartir el mismo espacio. Además, nos obligaron a comprar un gorro de piscina por 3 € para poder acceder.

El desayuno también dejó mucho que desear. Bajamos sobre las 9:00 de la mañana, una hora totalmente normal para desayunar, y gran parte del buffet estaba vacío. Faltaban numerosos productos y el personal apenas reponía la comida, por lo que la experiencia fue bastante pobre.

Por último, el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido constante y muy molesto, lo que dificultaba descansar por la noche.

En definitiva, la relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido muy mala y la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado. No volveríamos ni lo recomendaríamos.

Construction works ,smell of adhesive in the hallway on the Friday and noise from drilling ,after complaints the offered is use of the indoor pool and jacuzzi which we didn’t take them up on ,we got a email the week before we arrived saying minimal disruption and works were nearly completed which was a complete and utter lie as we had to walk through a construction site to get to the pool ,looking forward to their response

Would return to stay if ever visiting Matera again.
Pros:

Swimming pool very good size & nice. Very good range of equipment in the gym. Beautiful gardens. Restaurant was very nice but a bit expensive. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Rooms were a good size and clean. Very good location for staying whilst visiting Matera.

Cons:

Having to wear swimming caps in the pool was a bit excessive.
Rooms were a wee bit dated.
The lack or prior warning with regards to the extensive work going on at the hotel whilst we were staying there. This meant that we had no access to the bar and one of the restaurants.

Schitterend hotel, wel beetje aan de sjieke kant.

Prijs van het eten was aan de dure kant
Daardoor hebben we niet iedere dag in het hotel kunnen eten .
