Cons:

De kamers waren ronduit onhygiënisch. Bij binnenkomst zat er een vieze pleister op de douchevloer. Het balkon was smerig met insecten en heel veel vogelpoep. Ook op de ramen. Lang niet schoongemaakt. Daarnaast was er een renovatie gaande met een hoop lawaai. Het ‘prachtige zwembad met balinese bedden’ was gesloten en ook bij het gewone zwembad (muts verplicht! 3 euro pp) waren ze druk bezig met werkzaamheden. Het ontbijt werd niet in het restaurant geserveerd, maar in een lelijke en ongezellige conferentiezaal. We hebben een officiële klacht ingediend, maar het hotel wil op geen enkele manier ook maar iets tegemoet komen. Ook aan de receptie haalde het personeel gewoon de schouders op toen we aangaven niet tevreden te zijn. Absoluut niet 4 sterren waardig en absoluut geen aanrader! Voor dat geld en een 4 sterren hotel mag je echt meer verwachten. (Overigens was het eten in het restaurant wel goed)

Bel hôtel moderne avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

L'hôtel est très bien, le petit déjeuner est très bon, les chambres sont modernes et confortables le parking est gratuit.

Stanze pulite e confortevoli.
Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità.
Parcheggi (generalmente) disponibili.
Personale accogliente e attento.
Bella la SPA e le piscine (un po affollata la piscina esterna, meglio arrivare presto alla mattina)

wir waren schon in einem andern UNA Hotel, das fantastisch war
Pros:

die äusserst geräumigen Zimmer und das Restaurant waren toll, es gibt es zahlreiche hoteleigene Parkplätze, jedoch gemäss Auskunft an der Reception keine Security und keine Videoüberwachung

Cons:

die Lage und der Aussenbereich des Hotels haben uns nicht gefallen, Restaurant/Bar beim Pool war nicht geöffnet, im zentralen Poolbereich war es sehr heiss, da die Hitze von den Platten reflektierte, das Wasser im Pool war nicht erfrischend, im Pool müssen Badekappen getragen werden, die man im Hotel für € 3.00 kaufen kann, der Infinity Pool war geschlossen, leider gab es beim Frühstück nur wenige lokale Spezialitäten (viel Süsses, wenig Salziges) und keinen italienischen Cafè

Non mi piace la moquette in generale, salottino bello,camera due punti di tappezzeria staccata non è un bella da vedere, é una macchia piuttosto ampia al fondo del letto sulla moquette peccato non aver fatto fotografia perché restavo solo una notte ,bagno molto pulito ,terrazzo ampio poco pulito non c’erano sedie né un tavolino.
