Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Una Hotel in Matera. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities were excellent, well maintained, and designed to provide a truly relaxing experience.

The car park was spacious and convenient, making our arrival and departure completely stress-free. The swimming pools were fantastic, clean, beautifully presented, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

A special mention goes to the spa, which was simply amazing. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Overall, this hotel offered comfort, great amenities, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Matera and would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Un vrai coup de cœur. Les piscines sont superbes et parfaitement entretenues, dans un cadre naturel très agréable. L'hôtel est isolé, donc au calme, loin du bruit : idéal pour se déconnecter. Propreté irréprochable dans tout l'établissement. Mention spéciale au personnel : très professionnel, réactif et surtout extrêmement chaleureux, on se sent tout de suite accueilli.

Cons:

Je suis tombé sur une période de travaux, mais rien de rédhibitoire : l'équipe s'est adaptée et a tout fait pour que le séjour reste agréable. Rien à redire sur le reste.
