Séjour agréable avec un personnel aux petits soin et un service impeccable
Pros:

Magnifique établissement, très beau et bien entretenu, et d’une propreté irréprochable !
Personnel aux petits soins et vraiment sympa, franchement je n’ai rien à redire tout était parfait, du bistrot au restaurant, en passant par le hammam et le coin chicha… je recommande fortement cet établissement !

Wonderful stay with amazing staff and excellent hospitality
Pros:

First of all, I really appreciate and thank all the staff there, especially Madam Lamia, Senda, Basma, and Lobna, as well as all the reception staff and the entire service team. Everyone was very kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt at home during the whole visit.

Cons:

The stay was generally very good. The only small issue was that the Wi-Fi connection could sometimes be slow during busy hours.

Satisfaite a 1000% merci bc

Merci merci a tout le personnels depuis la grande porte d’entrée a l’hôtel jusqu’au responsable des chambres et un grand merci a madame lamia pour son accueil
