The Graduate offers a quiet personal touch in an excellent location.
Pros:

I like the size of the Graduate and the fact that it doesn't feel like a large chain despite being bought out by Hilton. I also love the location and have come to know some staff after staying there for 4 years.

Cons:

The cost. It's prohibitive for me now to stay at the Graduate for my son's graduation. With the Hilton buyout, I cannot afford to visit my son as much as we would like. I am a single mother.

Great location, quirky like all Graduate hotels…but only one tiny elevator
Pros:

Great location and super friendly staff

Cons:

8 floors…1 super slow 4 person elevator. Also small rooms with really small bathrooms.

Pros:

The staff was quite helpful in assisting me in finding a new hotel within 30 minutes. Booking.com didn't check to see if they had enough rooms and the hotel was overbooked.

Cons:

Would have been better to stay here instead of the other hotel we got that evening. The hotel was overbooked and we got booted out.
