La limpieza
Absolut ingen ting
-Hotellet har en fin pool men kun 3 liggestole og det var ikke tilstrækkeligt i forhold til antal af gæster i og ved poolen.
-Personalet ved receptionen var ikke imødekommende og glemte f.eks. at bestille en taxi som aftalt da vi skulle til lufthavnen.
-Hotellet er trist og nedslidt. -Nusset gulvtæppe på værelset.

Al agua de la alberca siempre estuvo demasiado fría
El lugar visualmente espectacular, recepción CERO capacitado para atención al cliente, nos cobraron un extra de $600 por 3hrs y a la hora 50min quedamos sin luz (yo fui a cargar mi celular) la de recepción con una CAROTA y cero capacidad de atención al cliente.
10/100 al del valet AMOR de persona súper atento y también cocina toso excelente platillos y meseros 🫶🏻🙌🏻 quien nos llevo a tener una mala experiencia con uds fue el personal de recepción

Fue algo terrible desde el primer día q llegamos no teníamos agua caliente dijeron q la dejáramos abierta por dos horas y así pasó y de 3 días nunca tuvimos ni agua caliente nos decían q al día siguiente pagamos por desayuno y cuando fuimos dijeron q no incluía fue terrible el manager quedó de resolver y terminamos saliéndonos antes nos faltaban 3 días la puerta del baño no cerraba la televisión. No se veía muy mala experiencia

El día que llegué no había lugar para estacionar el coche y lo dejé en la calle. Ya el segundo día se resolvió. Pienso que pueden mejorar el mantenimiento, ya que el hotel ya tiene muchos años.
Un excelente opcion, acudí a una boda y la localización fue perfecta, cómodo, limpio y el personal facilito mi estancia!
Lo que mas me gustó fue su tranquilidad, no se escuchaba nada
