Las habitaciones muy viejas a comparación de las fotos, nos salió una cucaracha en la habitación y olía a humedad y cigarro

La recepcionista era poco atenta
Es grande, confortable, el personal es sumamente amable y atento
Estaba un poco sucio el piso de la habitación y encontramos flores secas, tierra o algo parecido debajo de las sábanas.

Wi-Fi problem took more than 24 hours to be solved, few options for breakfast, never received final bill receipt, front desk staff not very well prepare.
Todo estuvo muy bien, el mejor servicio, la gente amable y siempre atenta a las necesidades y dudas que teníamos. El valet parking era muy pronto y cuidadoso con mi auto. Volveré a reservar.
El servicio de Wifi no llegaba a la habitación
No tome el hospedaje porque el lugar no tenía los mínimos de limpieza en el cuarto las ventanas tenían mucho polvo, y muchas hojas de arbol acumuladas, las cortinas polvosas, tambien la silla de escritorio de la habitación que es de vinipiel estaba desgastada y en la alberca cuando la recorri las sillas de alberca rotas, rasgadas de la tela, las tumbonas estaban sucias con polvo,
hierba y telañas, a mi hijo que tiene alergias al acercarse a las cortinas de inmediato se le detono la alergia de manera Severa por lo que al no cumplir con los mínimos de limpieza para garantizar una buena estancia me vi obligada a retirarme por la salud de mi hijo ya que esto no me ha pasado en ninguna otra estancia..lo que además me trajo muchas complicaciones de tiempo y costos adicionales. Por lo que requiero mi reembolso total..

Breakfast time, they said breakfast start at 7am and I went to the area at 7:30 and they weren't ready, it was a WIFI issue and took for them more than 24 hrs to fixed, when you travel for business is very important to have a internet connection
