Phil was very easy to work with and super responsive (even late at night). He helped us book block of rooms for close to a dozen folks. Good price, nice rooms, and great location for what we needed to accomplish in the busy downtown area. Would highly recommend.
All the beds and couches were very comfortable and the staff were amazing
The staff were so pleasant and helpful, and the space the suite offered was more than I'd expected! Even though there was construction on the road, it was easy to get in and out and very quiet overall. Will definitely be back!
Our team invaded the Residence Inn as we were in Columbus for the annual Origins Game Fair. There were 16 of us, and overall we had a great experience here ... there were a couple of hiccups (from our planning and also on their end), but everything seemed to get resolved with little to no issues. The staff was always friendly and accommodating to us, the breakfast was good (except for one morning when they temporarily ran out of coffee and we need to talk one of our Team "off the ledge"). A group of us had dinner at the Buckeye Bourbon House, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the LPH Chicken Sandwich (it was delightful) ... I only wish they were open on the Sunday night so I could have it one more time before leaving on Monday! Lots of space to gather and play games ... either in the Breakfast Area, or just up the stairs past it. Is the elevator a little loud? Yes, but it is an old building and to be somewhat expected ... and hopefully the construction on the street will be done when we come back next year (totally out of their control). Already looking forward to staying here again!!
The hotel is fantastic with excellent hospitality, especially all of the friendly staff!
Stayed at the Residence Inn Downtown Columbus and would definitely go back. The building is beautiful and the renovated rooms look better in person than online. There is some construction outside, but it is easy to navigate around. Great location too, walked to coffee and dinner every day. Valet and front desk staff were super friendly the whole stay. Rooms were on the warmer side but that was my only issue. Highly recommend.
Horrible, avoid at all costs. Renovation in hotel they don’t tell you about, street is closed in front of hotel and staff is not helpful and place is not dirty, but not clean.
Gym closed, breakfast is cereal and eggs, and no fluids other than coffee and milk, not even water. Entrance is closed with hand written sign that says name of place to enter through without directionals
Our stay at the Residence in Columbus was amazing! We arrived and were greeted by Jeremy at the valet. He was incredibly friendly and pointed us to some nearby spots for food and drinks. He really provided AMAZING service during our stay. The hotel staff was also very helpful. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Columbus.
Charlie was very kind and attentive to our needs. He was very professional.
We came into town to see Bob Dylan. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind. Jerrick was the valet and he was friendly. Thank you!
Stayed one night at the Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus Downtown. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we were placed in what appeared to be a newly updated room that was clean and quite comfortable. Since our room didn’t face the street, it was pleasantly quiet at night. We also arrived several hours before check-in, and the staff was able to get us into a room in less than 30 minutes, which was much appreciated. The Buckeye Bourbon House, located in the hotel, is a convenient spot for a meal or a drink and is also being used to serve the complimentary breakfast while the main kitchen is under renovation. The breakfast itself was fairly underwhelming, though this is likely due to the ongoing construction. At times, it seemed like only one elevator was in service, which led to longer wait times, but overall it was a decent stay with some minor inconveniences tied to the renovations.
Stayed here in Columbus for three weeks for work, and the valet crew was a total lifesaver. They always had my car ready, zero delays. Charlie was my evening guy: super friendly, took my keys with a smile after long days, handled everything smooth and quick. Jerrick was the morning hero: fast, warm, super detailed. Got me out the door right on time every single day, no rush, no fuss. These two aren’t just reliable; they’re genuinely nice and pay attention to every little thing. Five stars, all around!
Jeremy and Jerick were both fantastic and very helpful! Thank you
All.sheratons are awesome
The room was adapter, we didnt expect that but it was adequate
Las camas, la ubicación
Estaban arreglando o remodelando. Estaba todo sucio con material para trabajar en el piso 10. Los ascensores malos cochinos. No nos hicieron reposición de las ameninades.
