Endroit très calme dans un très joli cadre. Très entretenu et fleuri. Super accueil. Piscine magnifique pour les grands et les petits. Appartement très bien équipé ! Et à seulement 15min de la Canée. Une adresse à garder…

Family run hotel, Lisa and Dimitri are so welcoming and help you with anything. Pool area is nice with deep and low ends, good for families. Some of the rooms have great views. Best Greek food at Nikos taverna nearby. Nice real Greek village atmosphere in the area, unlike the overgrowded tourist beaches. Good parking area. Local bus takes you to the beach and Chania. If you want a double bed make sure when choosing the room that the beds can be connected/the bed is double.

Spiste morgenmad på hotellet (kan anbefales) og middag hos nærliggende restaurant.
Hotellet ligger ca. 25 min. gang fra stranden.
Vi vil klart anbefale hotellet.

El apartamento fenomenal,super limpio, grande y bien equipado, con vistas tanto a la piscina como al mar al fondo. Está en una zona muy tranquila, y no muy lejos tanto de la playa como de los supermercados.
Los dueños son muy amables y simpáticos.

The place was wonderful, as were the hosts! Vanessa and Lisa were very welcoming and helpful. We loved staying at New Kydonia Suites. The grounds are clean, the pool is a nice size with an amazing view. Everyone was very friendly, and already planning to come back. The beaches were great too, clean water and soft sand

Endroit exceptionnel. Calme. Vue magnifique, surplombant la mer. Jardin avec beaucoup de fleurs et de beaux arbres. Superbe piscine.

On se sent comme à la maison grâce au chaleureux accueil et service de la famille propriétaire de New Kydonia.
Excellents petit-déjeuners.

Village, avec taverne, cafenion et supérette, facilement accessible à pied. De là part et arrive le bus de la ligne 15 pour/et de Chania. Terminus près de la vieille ville. Évite les soucis de conduite en ville et les parkings éloignés.
Ce séjour à New Kydonia n'a été que du bonheur.

The cleanliness and overall appearance of all the public areas absolutley outstanding, Claudia maintains the cleaning and cooking in the mornings in and around all buldings whilst Victor is the "handyman" doing almost all the maintence of the gardens and buildings under the watchful eye of Dimitri. Lisa and Vanessa along with Maria look after the kitchen and the meals etc. You cannot fail to fall for the charm of the place which is family owned and overlooked by Terry and Mo. Everything is first class and and makes for a brilliant holiday experience.

Excellent well maintained property family run. Swimming pool was fabulous. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Bus into Chania centre every hour from the square. Highly recommended.

With over 30 years of visiting the Greek islands, including Crete, I can honestly say this was the best accommodation I have seen in Greece. Lisa, Dimitri and family are the perfect hosts. Great place for a retreat and chill out, reading books by the stunning pool and swimming. Cool bar overlooking the pool with distant views of the sea, serving lunches and evening meals too. The accommodation is spotless, with comfortable beds,hair dryer, ironing board, Flat screen TV, powerful shower and terrace outside overlooking the immaculate gardens and pool.

Hotellet var kjempefint, og personalet var utrolig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Kjempefin panoramautsikt mot havet, og fine leiligheter. Det eneste minuset var at det lå et godt stykke unna stranden.

New Kayla Suites is in an ideal location if want beach access ease. Literally, you area few yards away from the beach and by the best trip advisor restaurants of Kalmari Beach. There is an active nightlife and great feel in the area, which is full of tourists and local sunbathers. The staff at the suites could not be more accommodating and helpful. They were prompt with meeting all of our needs and Maria, the owner was wonderful about acting as a concierge for local trips. We had a very spacious first floor room, which was always clean and well kept. My only wish was that the bathroom was larger. The shower was almost on top of the toilet and the water would splash everywhere-making the bathroom always seem damp. This might be different in other rooms, so take this in stride. Other than that - the hotel and staff were wonderful and I would recommend anyone staying in the area to use Kayla Suites.

What an enjoyable 7 days we have experienced staying with Lisa, Dimitri and their staff at the well maintained New Kydonia Suites & Studios. We stayed in an excellent self contained studio apartment which included free wifi, heating and air-conditioning. A special thanks to Lisa for staying up on the night we arrived, to accept one of our suit cases that did not arrive on our flight, but was delivered late into the night and had to be signed for. The pool facilities are very good and we enjoyed both a breakfast and evening meal during our stay that were very good value. Having a studio gave us the cooking facilities which we used and found very adequate. Good parking for the car whilst we felt there was good security where we stayed. The location is handy to supermarkets, Taverna's and the city of Chania. Lisa and her family make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble, with plenty of assistance given if wishing to travel and explore their part of Crete.

Beautiful hotel and setting. Excellent accommodation, service, spotlessly clean and good food. The views from the pool area and restaurant are stunning.
The owners Lisa & Dimitrio are very friendly, helpful and hospitable and have all the contacts you need for car hire, taxis etc.

Très reposantes, dans un endroit calme, très bien entretenu, très bien équipé et avec une magnifique piscine. Vue superbe. Seul point négatif, un loyen de locomotion est nécessaire.

Hotellet var flott høyt oppe med god utsikt, en liten busstur til stranden eller ned til Chania sentrum.
Hotellet blir drevet av en familie som er kjempe koselige og får oppholdet til å virke som et hjem borte fra hjemmet ditt. Vi hadde det kjempe fint der og kommer nok til å dra igjen.

A hotel with a wounderful staff that makes your stay. The hotel is a bit "off" so a car is almost a must.(There is however pretty close to rental firms. ) However I personally prefer to stay "off" with a nice poolarea than to stay in town wirhout pool.

This is a good quality hotel in a slightly out of the way location with very friendly management/owners. Basic apartment style rooms (2nd floor rooms have better views) located on a hill, in a small town outside Chania with excellent views of Chania and the coast. The owners who are managing this property made us feel at home and provided extensive and helpful information about Chania and traveling in Crete. Pretty orange and lemon trees on the property provided a real local feel.
