Angelika Aparthotel

Wir hatten viel Ruhe in unserem schönen grossem Zimmer mit grossem Balkon zum Garten hinaus.
Morgends hat uns ein einfaches aber liebevolles Frühstück am Pool erwartet.
Der Ort war sehr urich und zum wohlfühlen. Die kleinen Tavernen laden zum Abendbrot mit Wellengang ein. Wer mehr sehen möchte benötigt ein Auto.
Nach dem Checkout, haben wir uns noch lange am Pool aufgehalten und konnten problemlos die Duschräume nutzen.

Sehr schöne, kleine Anlage. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück einfach aber gut.

Nettes kleines Appartementhotel mit Pool in dem ruhigen Hafendorf Milatos, fern von Rummel.
Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend und es gibt von allem genug und man wird satt.
Die Anlage ist gut in Schuss und sehr sauber.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel angelika. Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant, l'hôtel est magnifique, la piscine est très agréable aussi. Très bon service également et petit déjeuner au top. Le village de milatos est très typique et authentique.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Angelika Aparthotel in Milatos. Wir sind total liebevoll empfangen wurden. Unsere Gepäcke waren während des Fluges verloren gegangen, aber das Hotel bot uns direkt in allen Bereichen Hilfe an: vom Ladegerät für das Handy, über gekühltes Wasser. Unser Zimmer war stets super sauber, wir hatten einen tollen Blick zum Meer und auch zum Pool. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, fernab von Massentourismus. Aber alles ist vom Hotel aus gut zu erreichen. In Milatos selbst gibt es am Hafen Tavernen und einen Supermarkt. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man viele nahegelegenen Ausflüge unternehmen. Für das Auto sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist frisch und vielfältig, von Feta über leckere Marmelade, verschiedene Brotsorten, Obst und Gemüse, sowie Eispeisen, und griechischen Joghurt und Müsli ist für jeden etwas dabei. Dabei ist auch hier der herausragende Service zu erwähnen. Es wird stets dafür gesorgt, dass alles gefüllt ist.
Es gibt einen Kinderpool und einen tieferen Pool. Beide Pools sind super von der Qualität und Sauberkeit.
Wir lieben diesen Hotel, möchten nochmals den herausragenden Service in allen Bereichen von den unglaublich lieben Menschen hervorheben und wir kommen so so gern wieder. Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Hôtel très très propre et très (trop) tranquille.
Quasi vide fin juillet ce qui rend le séjour un peu triste… peu de personnel et de service. Zone piscine très sympa.
La localisation est assez isolée..et Milatos un peu loin de tout . Il faut donc absolument un véhicule

Très bon séjour en famille dans cet appart hôtel, situation au calme proche de la mer. Équipé d'une belle piscine et de transats, idéal pour se détendre. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et propres. Personnels très sympathique et au petit soin, font même des efforts pour parler en français. Petit déjeuner correct, possibilité de prendre le dîner sur place mais de nombreuses tavernes en bord de mer et avec des prix correct sont disponibles , cocktails fait maison sont parfaits. Chambre très propre et climatisée, linges remplacés régulièrement. Le personnel de l hôtel trouvera toujours une solution pour votre besoin ( location de voiture, quad, idée de sortie, ....) Parking disponible sur place. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, tout le monde est ravi. Avons apprécié le respect des autres clients. Nous recommandons sans soucis cet établissement.

Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr nette Gastgeberin mit guten Tips für die Umgebung und super Restaurants. Konnte mich gut erholen. Es wäre schön wenn der Pool bis 9H nutzbar wäre. Man sollte einen Mietwagen haben.

Upon arrival we were told we were to be upgraded from a 'standard' room to a 'family' room for the first part of our holiday and that on the last day we would revert back to our original booking, that of a 'standard' room - super we thought!.

However, it turned out that this was a trade off for the dingy downgrade that we were given on the last day of our stay.

The room we were switched to was not on the Angelika resort and certainly not the standard of a 'standard' room.

The apartment was so small and the shower cubicle a ridiculous 100cm square so that you could not bend down or be at all comfortable.

The toilet leaked and would not flush without some difficulty and the sleeping area for the third person of our party, was a narrow vinyl sofa (in 30deg heat, really!) that was situated in the kitchenette area.

Our stay was spoilt by what we considered to be a downgrade from our original booking and not at all worth the price we had booked at. The fact that the accommodation was also off site of the resort also made us feel cheated out of the quality of a 'standard' room that we had booked.

The accommodation bore no resemblance to any of the accommodation featured on their own website and was clearly below that of a 'standard' room.

I am sure the hotel imagined that as we had had an upgrade to begin with, this was now somehow acceptable, but it was an awful and disappointing end to our stay and not at all an expectation that having being offered an upgrade, we would

This was the first time we had been to angelikas, it certainly will not be the last. Lovely and ckean friendly staff, our room was good.

We stayed for a week and toured the area. The hotel is really good, has a good pool, 2 bars, and even offers a buffet dinner at a very reasonable price - we ate there 3 times, despite there being good tavernas a few minutes walk away. The only downside is that it is very remote, access being over a mountain range with VERY winding roads; took about 25 minutes to get to the main road. Without a car it would be tough to get around.

A friendly rather isolated hotel.
The signage from th main(national) road needs improvement, though once you get to Milatos village it is easier to locate.
The breakfast was OK but rather more variety is needed when staying for a week.The buffet dinner is varied and good and there are also excellent tavernas within walking distance. WiFi not very good.

Very comfortable and smart hotel. Quiet with lovely views. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Staff couldn't do more to make our stay wonderful, they were attentive, friendly and always there!
Lovely swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Comfortable room with balcony, sea view and convenient small kitchen.

The apartments are located in an ideal position for the purpose of our holiday in Crete, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however there are one two concerns which are detailed below.

We returned from a week at Angelika Aparthotel in May 2015. The hotel was beautifully kept, clean and spacious. Our room was lovely with a terrific terrace overlooking the pool and the mountains. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and could not have done more to make our stay an absolute pleasure. You do need a car to get around but there are several good tavernas nearby with excellent food. The cleanest hotel we have ever visited!

It was a nice hotel in a quiet location. Acess to meals was an issue...few options.
