Pros:

Une très bel hôtel niché dans les hauteurs de Kandy.
Une piscine magnifique avec une vue sur le lac est sur un immense boudha au loin.
Le buffet du dîner et petit déjeuner était très bon.
Le personnel est un peu lourd mais c'est leurs façons d'être conviviaux.
La chambre était un peu vetuste mais confortable

Comfortable, clean rooms with very hospitable and helpful staff
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent, being within 10 mins walking to Kandy City Centre. The view of the city from the pool was beautiful. Marcus made special efforts to ensure our stay was good, offering to book the classic Kandyan dance for us. The reception also provided some information about visiting Giragama Tea Estate (no booking was required and tour was free of cost)

The view from the pool was beautiful and staff were friendly

Cons:

The rooms are very tired and dated and the fridge was not cold as it did not work while out of the room, there are no power points/sockets next to a mirror in the room, the room door cannot be safety locked/chained from the inside therefore staff can easily accidentally enter while you are in the room/shower. There are not many sunbeds around the pool like pictured, there are a few beds and mostly tables and chairs. The pool bar staff were always encouraging to pay cash rather than put on our room tab, the one time we eventually gave cash they took ages to come back with our change and when they did they said they did not have enough change. Breakfast was fairly basic for a buffet breakfast, still enough choice but not anywhere near as good as the other comparable hotels we have stayed. Very poor water pressure in the shower making it very timely to wash long hair!
