Very rough needs remodeling
Pros:

Staff was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Beds where in horrible shape and very beat down,
Pull out couch mattress was bad amd could feel every bar and was stained up.
Facilities where ok but very tore up and in rough condition definitely not worth 200 a night for a double king and there where fees not told up front on the booking site that I was charged when arriving.

I ARRIVED AT THIS HOTEL AND THEY SAID I HAD NO RESERVATION AND I SHOULD TAKE IT UP WITH THE 3RD PROV
Pros:

There was no overnight stay at this hotel. They said we did not have a reservation. I paid for but did not receive a room. They wanted $300.00 a night. I left and found another hotel. I want a 100% refund ASAP from booking.com and a phone call explaining how you are going to MAKE UP FOR THIS MAJOR PROBLEM.

Cons:

Not having a room that I had already booked well in advance and and paid for! I want an immediate refund and a call that this will never happen again

Don't stay here.

Disgusting. Don't stay here.
Carpets filthy throughout.
Visible mildew in the room AC
Visible mildew on the room curtains.
I tracked some type of black greasy goo barefoot into the shower.
Common areas not clean.
I'm a diamond Hilton member and have stayed in MANY Hilton properties. This is place has reviews similar to the Waco Motel 6. I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked here.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
I contacted corporate directly instead of the local management. Since the bad reviews go back months with the same complaints, it's likely local management is complicit and should be fired.

Pros:

The property location is a perfect location for us. Staff is great. Responsive when needed. Missing the warm chocolate chip cookies from 6 to 8 that weve found at other Hampton Inns.

Pros:

Upon arrival there were bugs found in the toilet, bathtub and bathroom floor. After showering and walking to the bed a large cockroach crawled across the nightstand table top. Pulling open the drawer multiple roaches ran out and scattered in both drawers. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The room was extremely dated with furniture that was heavily worn.

Hotel is filthy
Pros:

This hotel is outdated and filthy. We had 3 rooms and all had stained carpet, a mildew smell, mold in the shower and damaged furniture. I do not see how other recent reviewers can say that they had a wonderful stay.
