Lage war top, das Personal teilweise ignorant, die Umsetzung unserer Anliegen mussten wir einfordern
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick aus dem 11 Stockwerk. Bei schönem Wetter kann man den Bodensee sehen. Toll es gab auf unserer Etage eine Eiswürfelmaschine zur freien Benutzung.
Pools, Außenbereich und Wellnessbereich sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet.

Cons:

Wir hatten nicht die gebuchten Einzelbetten. Die durchgehende Bettdecke baten wir in zwei Einzeldecken zu tauschen.
Dieses Anliegen mussten wir einfordern, da der Tausch auch nach mehreren Stunden noch nicht erfolgt war. Die Betten sind sehr weich und waren für uns sehr unbequem. Gut das wir darin nur zwei Nächte schlafen mussten. Wir sind mit einem Trike angereist und hatten dadurch Probleme im Parkhaus des Hotels. Die Ein - und Ausfahrt erfolgt durch Kennzeichenerkennung was unser Fahrzeug vorne nicht hatte. Bei der Ankunft stand mein Mann vor der verschlossenen Schranke auf sein Läuten erfolgte eine Bandansage, aber niemand öffnete und das obwohl wir schon vor der Einfahrt an der Rezeption auf unsere Problematik hingewiesen hatten. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

Pros:

Gute Lage für unsere Zwecke.
Gut erreichbar, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - vor allem beim Frühstück!
Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut.

Cons:

Spinnenweben über dem Bett.
Die Bar hat schon um 23 Uhr geschlossen.
