Cons:

Der Boden des Zimmers war sehr dreckig, voller Haare, Staub usw. Da das Wetter am Anreisetag nicht gut war, haben wir das leider erst spät bemerkt. Erst durch den Sonnenschein am nächsten Tag konnten wir den ganzen Schmutz auf dem Boden deutlich sehen – es wirkte, als wäre das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gesaugt worden.

Beim Check-out haben wir das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet. Dort erhielten wir jedoch lediglich eine Visitenkarte des Serviceteams und wurden gebeten, unsere Beschwerde dorthin zu schicken. Das fanden wir unzureichend.

Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse halten wir diesen Zustand für nicht akzeptabel.

Hervorragendes Hotel, hier kommen ich zur nächsten CC-Dornbir definitiv wieder hin.
Pros:

Einfach ein tolles Hotel. Am Zimmer gibt’s nichts auszusetzen und auch die Wellnesslandschaft ist wunderbar. Es ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage direkt bei der Autobahn und trotzdem leise. Kostenlos Parken auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber, wenn man sich das Parkhaus nicht leisten will. Wenn man die Messe besuchen will, ist dies das perfekte Hotel, 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Und für mich als gelegentlicher Camper war das Hotel mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten seinen Preis wert!

Trotz Ankunft 3 Stunden zu früh, konnte ich schon auf mein Zimmer. Sehr erfreulich

Cons:

Eine unschöne Begebenheit: Der Pool ist vom Vorraum, zu dem man mit dem Fahrstuhl kommt, direkt einsehbar und ich bin mir fast sicher, dass 2 jüngere Männer vollständig bekleidete heimlich Hand-Fotos von draußen gemacht haben von 2 jungen Frauen im Bikini. Vielleicht standen die beiden auch nur zufällig im Weg, als die beiden Typen Fotos vom Pool machen wollten, wer weiß... Hier wären Milchglastüren angebracht, um so etwas zu unterbinden.

Hätte es bevorzugt , wenn das Restaurant im 11.Stock auch Nachtessen angeboten hätte.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einem grandiosen Blick auf die Berge.
Pros:

Ein wirklich bezauberndes, stilvolles Hotel mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – selbst extravagante Sonderwünsche wurden liebevoll und ohne Zögern erfüllt. Hier wurde auf jedes noch so kleine Detail geachtet. Die Ausstattung ist durchweg hochwertig, geschmackvoll und liebevoll gestaltet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das überaus freundliche, aufmerksame und sehr herzliche Personal mit viel persönlichem Charme.
