Pros:

The property was close to downtown and shopping. Bus station was also close by so very easy. Pool was small but clean.

Pros:

The pool was filthy and we were told it was due to the prior weather issues in the area which was an unbelievable reason for it when all the other pools in the area were crystal clear. They did nothing to clean it. They lead you to believe there is a jacuzzi but they are inoperable. The front desk does not want to be bother and are not present. They take there time to respond.

Conveniently located near Fira’s Marketplace about a 10 minute walk. The property is facing East, you’ll get a beautiful view of the sunrise. We had a rental car and it had a private parking garage of 4-5 slots where we parked. It’s beside a busy road, you will occasionally hear traffic noise.

Very friendly staff, we arrived at 8am and since our room was already ready, they allowed us to check-in rather than wait until 3pm, which was very helpful as we were able to rest from jetlag and the time difference. Staff always checked with us if we needed anything restocked and the deliver right away. Also provided maps and recommendations to get around.

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Caution when you take showers as it may create puddles outside of the shower door due to the V shaped type doors where water can get through.

Swimming pool available but not heated, there is a private jacuzzi on the 2nd floor but only available for guests staying in the room beside it.

Overall, we had a great stay, only wished we could use the jacuzzi after walking all day.

Pros:

I stayed for a week. Very nice staff. They have two receptionist . They are very carrying and nice. They will inform you of where to go. The cleaning crew was great. You can walk from there to where ever you want to go. But I couldn’t walk, because of a knee replacement . So they call a taxi for me. So helpful. The only thing they need is a ADA for handicap. When I return I will book again here. Oh nice swimming pool.

Excelente opción en el centro de Fira

Me ha encantado el alojamiento! Mi habitación fue muy bonita y estaba impecablemente limpia. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está en el centro de Fira pero sin estar en una calle exageradamente aglomerada por personas, así que también duermes tranquilo sin mucho ruido.

The reception area smells like smoke as the receptionist smokes outside the front door.
My shower has what looks like mould on the walls.
Very thin walls can hear EVERYTHING …
People kept trying to what sounded like open our door repeatedly at night … it was very frustrating getting up and checking.
The pool is grungy, and very small! The chairs upstairs are very dirty and not clean. Gives me barn animal entertainment up there.
Were we charged by the hotel - port in the morning at 6 am to the ferry 45.00 euros for a 12 min drive. After finding out my others paid 20-30 MAX. I wouldn’t trust.

George and Ralitsa where always available to help you out. Eventhough we arrived at nearly 2am, it was no bother to them, there was even good communication before we even got to Santorini. The villa was a home away from home and had everything you needed. It was comfortable, with great sea views. Former reviews said the outside road noise was noisey, we did not find it so. We had great hosts, in a great location and it was a great place to stay. Thank you George and Ralista for having us.

Position of hotel was good. Near beach & amenities.
But tiles are slippery everywhere. Fell down the steps & hurt my arm. There was not a bandage in sight. Got told to catch a taxi & see a doctor. Not good when you’re bleeding everywhere.
