Zuerst einmal, das war das schlechteste Frühstücksbuffet meiner Karriere für 18,50€.
Brötchen aus Pappe, und extrem wenig Auswahl. Bitte Bucht das Frühstück nicht.

Das Hotel lebt von seiner Fassade. Das Gebäude ist von innen einfach runtergekommen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer waren bei 32-34 Grad und man konnte nicht schlafen. Dreckiges Bett mit (hoffentlich nur) Kaffeeflecken.

Es gibt nahezu allen Gästen so. Der Künstler, nachdem das Hotel benannt wurde, dreht sich seit Jahren im Grabe um. Sowas schlechtes habe ich noch nie gesehen und ich habe Übernachtungen in über 300 Hotels durch meinen Job.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war aber der aller größte Witz. Es gibt einfach nur ein paar Scheiben Wurst und Käse. Gekochte Eier gab es keine mehr und wurden auch nicht nachgekocht. Und auch alles andere war einfach enttäuschend.
Die Mitarbeiter können nichts für den Zustand des Hotels. Das Hotel gehört der Stadtgemeinde. St. Veit, schäme dich! Ich will eigentlich das Geld zurück, auch wenn es ein Business Trip war.

Es war so unangenehm heiß im Zimmer, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Selbst Fenster aufmachen brachte nichts, dann war es extrem laut.
Im Zimmer war auch so ein unangenehmer Geruch…eine Mischung aus Essigreiniger und alt und abgestanden 😒

Pros:

Great hotel with unique exterior decoration. Rooms are large and functional and there is a free car park adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast was very good and only 2 minute walk into main town. Used the hotel so we could attend a concert in Klagenfurt only 15 miles away.

Beeindruckende Fassade, ansprechend gestaltete Gemeinschaftsräume (mit Bezug auf Ernst Fuchs), zentral gelegen, keine AirCondition im Zimmer, kein Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern (sodass in der Nacht die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnten), Technik mit Zimmerkarte bei der Tür verbesserungswürdig.

Rundum wohl in schönem Ambiente

Wir sind bei jedem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden. Die Anlage ist sehenswert, die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Auch die Bedienung beim Frühstück ist sehr zuvorkommend.
Ganz hervorragend die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus gleich neben dem Hotel.
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Lokale une Geschäfte.
