A wonderful stay in a Prague hotel that makes you feel at home
Pros:

The location is perfect. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, so everything is in a couple of minutes walking. The hotel services are very nice
The recepcionists are wonderful. Ivanna ensured that the rooms for our family were together. Addtionally, Marco who speaks Spanish, English and Italian, take care of us, with all type of recomendations for moving through the city
More over, Ivanna and Marco helped us to solve a problem we had. We lost a mobile phone in a taxi, and Ivanna and Marco managed with the driver to come back and return the phone. Ivanna and Marco were really nice with us. This kind of behaviour makes the different when you are abroad.
My congratulations to the hotel Leon D'Oro for counting with Ivanna and Marco as part of their staff.

היינו שלשה מבוגרים. המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה. קרוב לכיכר השעון ולעיר העתיקה צוות המלון עם MARCO ו- IVANNA היו ממש נפלאים. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה. החדרים ומרווחים ומאוד נקיים. ממליצים בחום

Pros:

Hotel in centro nella zona pedonale, vicino la piazza dell' orologio. Abbiamo così potuto raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse a piedi. Stanze grandi, letti comodi,pulizia ottima, staff gentile e premuroso ( alla reception c'è Marco che parla italiano). Colazione abbondante e varia, sia salata che dolce.

Beligenhet. Frokost ok.

Cons:

Rommet var dårlig..slitt.. Terrassen dere ser er jug og lure bildet. Vi fikk ikke bruke det. Der var derfor vi bestille hotelet..men fikk beskjedat det var ikke åpent for gjester. Lurer gjester med slik bildet. Absolutt ikke fornøyd ..kommer ikke igjen.

Jó lokáció hamis ígéretekkel.

Belvárosi jó lokáció. Közepesen jó reggeli.

Nem volt garázs, bár kifejezetten így hirdette magát. Átverés, hogy olyan hotelt keres az ember, ahol az autót garázsba lehet tenni és érkezéskor közlik, hogy sajnos megtelt a garázs és nem tudják teljesíteni a kérést...
Adtak egy kupont a szomszéd sörözőbe 2 főre, de azt elfelejtették közölni, hogy csak akkor lehet levásárolni, ha ott eszik is az ember. A kuponra sincs ráírva. A hirdetés tele volt tetőteraszos képekkel, mire kérdeztük, hogy hol lehet felmenni, ja csak a legfelső szinteknek van privát terasza, nem lehet felmenni. Kész átverés az egész társaság.
