La posizione

La localización del hotel, y el trato del personal, Marco ha sido muy amable y servicial con nosotros, aconsejandonos lugares son de comer y para visitar, muchas gracias

Mycket bra läge, nära till många sevärdheter. Familjerummen är rymliga och det fanns allt som vi behövde. Bra med parkering som kan bokas i förväg (man bör dock tänka på att det är lite jobbigt att ta sig dit med bil och in-utfarten till garaget är brant). Hissen var tyvärr sönder men personalen var vänliga med att hjälpa oss upp med väskorna.

Le petit déjeuner est agréable mais les serveuses qui débarrassent exécrables, on n'a pas fini notre assiette et déjà elles veulent tout enlever. Jamais un bonjour, un merci, un aurevoir, aucune considération envers le client !!!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und darin enthaltenen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein täglich stattfindender Markt bei dem Souvenirs und Streetfood verkauft wird.
Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist Komfortabel, allerdings mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen/renovierungsbedürftig.

Das Zimmer war groß und es war alles nötige vorhanden (Handtücher, Seife/Shampoo, Toilettenpapier und auch Nähset und Wattestäbchen etc.)
Wir hatten eine Terrasse die von Gebäuden eingeschlossen war und quasi den Speisesaal, oder dessen Dachfenster, überblickt hat. Der Panoramablick den man auf den Bildern sieht ist wohl nur in irgendwelchen Superior-Zimmern enthalten und nicht frei zugänglich!

Die Minibar ist kostenpflichtig.

We were very disappointed with our stay because the lift was out of order. We understand that lifts can break down and repairs may take time, but why would a family with a small child be assigned to the 6th floor?

My husband is a smoker, so he had to walk up and down six flights of stairs every time he wanted a cigarette. We also had to carry both our child and the stroller up and down the stairs.

When my husband asked at reception if he could use the terrace to smoke, he was told, “The terrace is only for guests staying in the suites.” That may be your policy, but considering the inconvenience caused by the broken lift, was this really the way to handle the situation?

We only stayed for two nights. A staff member offered to move us to another room the next day, but I don’t think they fully understood what it means to move everything, together with a small child, after already settling into a room on the sixth floor.

The terrace issue, in particular, felt like unnecessary discrimination between guests. If none of this had happened, this could have been one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Sometimes, people need to use a little common sense and show some flexibility instead of simply following the rules. That was truly disappointing.

Also, if the terrace is only available to guests staying in the suites, then please make that clear on Booking.com. Don’t advertise it as a hotel facility available to everyone when, in reality, it isn’t. Especially when the lift is out of order, making guests climb six flights of stairs while still denying them access to the terrace is simply unreasonable.

La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer a pie la mayoría de los lugares de interés de Praga. La habitación fue amplia y confortable, con camas de primer nivel. El desayuno variado y estupendo. En la recepción destacaron Marco y Marianne. Sin dudarlo volvería a este hotel.

Location, roof terrace (available as part of our room) minus the airconditioning units making a racket. Friendly and helpful staff (particularly one of the ladies at the reception who was always really helpful, and the maintenance man who was awesome when we needed some things fixed with the room).

Albergo bello, pulito, ottima colazione, stanza grande e comoda, posizione perfetta al centro e vicinissima alla fermata metro. Personale gentile e disponibile, un particolare ringraziamento a Marco per i suoi consigli e complimenti per il suo italiano.

Ubicació bona i llits molt coʻmodes. Tranquil i centric

Great location, 5mins walk to Munster metrostation, a lot of restaurants and club nearby, walking distance to many central tourist sights. Spacious rooms, very clean, good beds and pillows. We had the room at the 5 th florr, and that was also very quite.
Breakfast also good:, fruits, salads and warm dishes, cakes.
Very friendly staff.
