清潔感のあるお部屋は十分広く、くつろぐことができた。隣の音が殆ど聞こえず静かだった。周りは治安が良く安心できる雰囲気。スタッフが優しくて、日本人が分かりにくい鍵の開け方も丁寧に説明してくれた。いつも笑顔で対応してくれて、安心して滞在できた。ありがとうございました。またプラハを訪れたらもう一度泊まりたい。

La atención del personal fue genial, Marco, Marianne y Haris, nos trataron estupendamente, además de darnos indicaciones sobre lugares a visitar y donde comer. El hotel muy bien, buen desayuno, ubicación e instalaciones.

La camera rispecchiava in dimensioni e aspetto le immagini fornite dalla struttura.
Era infatti luminosa, spaziosa e confortevole.
Lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile.
La colazione offriva ampia scelta sia per il dolce che per il salato: brioches, torte, pancake, uova, pomodori, salame, pane…
Varie possibilità anche per il bere (succhi, bevande calde, caffè, acqua…).
Ma fondamentale, sopratutto, la posizione, assolutamente centrale: a pochi passi dalle piazze principali, a pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana di Mustek.

The room was very nice and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Very close to old town but away from the noise.

It is hard to beat the location - Old Town, 2 blocks from the Astronomical Clock, close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious and the included breakfast reminded me of the buffet on a cruise ship. It was extensive and delicious.

Six adults in our group stayed across three rooms at Hotel Leon d’Oro in Prague.
A few impressions of the hotel:
Well, it isn't a perfect hotel, but it fit us like a glove.
First, the staff: they were not only polite and welcoming, but went above and beyond to assist with every request. Receptionists Marianne and Marco deserve special mention. But it wasn't just them—the dining room staff also made every effort (see details below regarding accommodations for Shomer Mitzvot/observant guests).
The location is right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away in a quiet alley. It is 200 meters from Old Town Square and the famous Astronomical Clock, an 8-minute walk from the Jewish Quarter and synagogues, a 15-minute walk from the main train station, and 10 minutes from Charles Bridge.
The rooms are very large and spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable.
For Observant (Shomer Mitzvot) Guests:
Keys: Rooms use physical keys only.
Appliances: Some rooms feature double electric stovetops and a larger refrigerator than the standard minibar. These larger fridges have a door light switch that can be taped down for Shabbat. However, in rooms with a standard minibar, there is no way to disable the light.
Dining: In the dining room, you can request whole (uncut) vegetables and hard-boiled eggs, even if they aren't laid out for other guests. The dining room staff are happy to help with a pleasant smile and great warmth.
As mentioned, it isn't perfect: there is only one elevator, which doesn't always work. Because of this—and for Shabbat—it is advisable to request a room on the first floor (just one flight of stairs) when booking.
The Wi-Fi is so weak that, practically speaking, there is no Wi-Fi at all.
The hotel isn't flashy or brand new, but that is precisely its charm: well-maintained, clean, and full of character.
