Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Beds were old spring mattresses, the grounds were not clean, bathroom door knob about to fall off, people hanging out outside, the door was hard to open (fresh paint closed the gap enough to make the door stick, so old paint was not removed, just painted over)

Papa Johns refused to deliver to that location due to safety concerns.

People were not quiet, and I was woken up at 7am when I wanted to sleep in until 9pm.

The breakfast is cereal.

Just not worth the price.

They also have weekly rates, and weekly people.

It's better than sleeping in your car, maybe!
Pros:

This hotel has a good location.
The price is very good for the area.
People were friendly at front desk.
The pool area and sports bar seemed nice for the property.
A/C, water and bed overall in the room were good. There was also a working mini fridge.

Cons:

This properly is struggling. I'd recommend spending a little more and stay across the HWY at Ramada or Marriott.
There is a very loud nightclub in the lobby. If you are checking in late, you'll have to heal with that crowd.
The rooms are old, poorly maintained and smell like mildew. The lights barely worked in the room and the micro was broke.
The breakfast is very basic and ALL the soda machines at the entire property were empty.

Pros:

El personal deben cambiarlo. Muy mal servicio. La fachada de afuera daba miedo, la gente que se alojaba parecían ser gente usuarias, tomadoras y pervertidos. La piscina en el fondo sucia. Tiene buen potencial porque dentro se ve bien pero necesita mas aseo. La música alta en el salon d billard. Caminar por en medio d la gente que se alojo alli daba miedo. Y para completar nos visito una cucaracha en le bañera. Las toallas deben ser cambiadas. El toilet se tapo. Deben trabajar con mejorar tanto al personal q ademas de tener una mala presentación fisica tambn tienen trato pesimo. Un inquilino tiro jugo desde un pasillo y por poco le cae a otra persona. Uyyyy q horrible experiencia un 0/1000

Dirty im disabled only one Belvedere working one towl phone did not work plug socket but TV tucked i was put in a room not f I r disabled paint peeling toilet runs coffee maker wored but coffee was like water only cereal milk yogurt toast for breakfast no information in room had to have matinee manager help my bags to room no luggage rack he was great only good thing but had to carry my bags down to leave no way to call the front no ice
