Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

I was supposed to get a remodeled room but did not, the room I did get was decent, shower pressure was under average.
When checking out couldn’t get a receipt because I booked through a 3rd party, but I had to sign a receipt when checking in.
Also had to pay $100 incidental, most hotels are $25

Front guy was nice. Room was clean.

Cons:

Cops were over numerous times. People sitting in the their cars all night in the parking lot. Heard several times people fighting and shouting cuss words

Very much dirty to far from sea world had to request another room the desk attendant was rolling up dope on the property in the office the property is full of drugs had to switch out rooms the first one had roaches and smell like dope it had female hair all in the tub and in the bed my second room was no better same issue very much uncomfortable it said breakfast was served and the front desk said they forgot to order breakfast so we didn’t eat during our stay

Absolutely horrible! 4 cops and where on property when we checked in. Dealt with a roach infested dirty disgusting room. Homeless people hanging out in front smoking and drinking all hours of the night. Elevators broken and had to go up to the third floor with kids. Connected to the WiFi on my son’s tablet and a pornographic website popped up immediately after connecting! What a terrible experience we barely slept! Never will I step foot on this property again.
