Absolutely nothing other than Lisa. early in the morning helping us out with ice ! Because there was none to be found !
To started off !! 16 cops blocking the entrance! As soon as my daughter and I went to unload the car, we witnessed a domestic dispute across the parking lot with a woman screaming at the top of her lungs. Somebody please help call the cops. ! And yelling at him not to touch her as he was chasing her !!!!!! then to find six gaping holes in the wall around fire fixtures, no emergency latch on the inside door! Light fixture completely hanging down 6 inches where I can see all the wiring in the underneath of the floor above! Holes in the shower around fixture! ! This is absolutely unacceptable that this room was even rented ! Felt like I was in some sort of horror movie the only car in the parking lot! Had it not have been late when we arrived and had such an early morning?! I would’ve stayed somewhere else!!!
Six gaping holes in the wall! were six gaping ! A smell like I can’t even explain ! Doors with no locks!

My bed had hair on it and chocolate hope it wasn’t shit it wasnt clean but hay 3am I was to tired to complain I should get a refund

I did not stay at the property. It was dirty, rented weekly and had too much local activity for me and my family. Not safe! Requested refund! Remove it from Booking.com
It was nasty. The landings, steps, elevators, air conditioning leaking and/or spitting water on your legs as you walked by. The room number was missing. I returned my key, cancelled my stay and went to a clean safe hotel.

Elevators were busted was on the 4th floor my daughter is a large woman so hard for here to walk up stairs, the hotel door wouldn’t lock the mother board was busted.

The price
The room was filthy. There was an abundance of hair on the floor. Once the covers was pulled back, There was hair in the bed. We had to use our own blankets to lay on to avoid the hair. The bathroom appeared to have mole throughout ceiling and bottom of the walls and floor as well as rust. Visible repairs need to be made in this unit. As soon as I checked in, I identify that there was no remote control for the TV. I called the front desk, requested a remote and was told that it would be brought over after about an hour. I called again and I was told again that it would be sent to the room. Needless to say I checked out the next day and still did not receive the remote. We left a pair of socks in the room for housekeeping to see just how filthy the floors were.
