La personne à l’accueil Mlle Fadwa était tellement gentille. Très avenante avec un beau sourire . Elle est notre premier coup d’œil lorsque nous entrons à l’hôtel. C’est un accueil très chaleureux!

It was close to the airport
I woke up stiff
The gentleman at the front desk was the best. I was tired, frustrated and just wanted to rest and he made sure things were quick and easy and addressed thing I was not even thinking of. My flight was cancelled and I just needed a quick meal and a few hours sleep. He made sure that happened and gave me a snack bag for the morning and set up my shuttle. All this with a pleasant attitude and a smile. Give this man a raise. In these days you do not meet many people like him.

The room was big enough for 2, it was very clean. It was plain, but perfect for a weekend. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the breakfast was good.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! The service, facilities, cleanliness, location, and overall value were excellent. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and had a great variety of options. I especially want to recognize Kariann and Juvena for their exceptional service and kindness. They made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel 100% and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The door by the elevators heading outside were blocked by a parking space. Definitely a fire hazard if someone were to try and leave the marked exit in a wheelchair

Booked this place because of the high reviews but the building itself feels dated, cheap and dull compared to the slightly cheaper priced but lower rated Wyndham Garden Orlando just down the road. I had booked a king sized room but was allocated 2 queens. When I asked the staff after being issued the key card, she gave the excuse that "oh we are fully booked", but it felt more like she was just lazy to reassign the room. When I arrived, the parking lot and main entrance were cordoroned off but with no signage, which made looking for the entrance a massive hassle. The least they could do was to put some notice that the main entrance is closed, please proceed to the rear entrance. The noise insulation was really bad. I was falling asleep at 1am and was woken up by a guest that had just checked in in the room next door. They were making lots of noise and their speech were very legible. Perhaps the staff could have allocated them a room that was isolated from the others? On the bright side, the included breakfast was pretty decent. For the price that one has paid, the breakfast spread was good and even came with a fresh pancake machine.

I checked out via email at approximately 8:45+am and was told I would receive a confirmation email. It's now 10:15am and still no email.
