Great staff, very comfortable bed
Pros:

Great check-in experience with a friendly & professional lady whose name started with J (sorry i didn’t catch her name as I was very tired after a long flight). She was super helpful and has a wonderful laugh. Room was big and beds extremely comfortable . Would definitely recommend

Overall, nice place to stay the night before an early flight.
Pros:

Front desk man was exceptional. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good with large variety of choices.

Cons:

Location was next to a car wash and a 7-11. Cramped parking lot.

John was great, but hotel needs a major renovation.
Pros:

One night stay to attend the International builders show at the convention center. Check in with John was very swift and pleasant. Everything we asked for, quiet room and a late checkout, was cheerfully accommodated.
With that said, even close to an elevator, our room was quiet.
Bed and bedding were adequate, but the roll down blind failed to work. This meant we had a light from the parking lot glaring in our room all night. Maintenance, at that hour was non existent. We were so tired from the show, we fell right to sleep.
In the morning we noticed how old the shower and bathroom tub were. Water pressure was weak. Personally, we hate soap and shampoos in those in wall dispensers. Wish hotels would get back to regular soap and shampoo bottles.
Breakfast was good, hot and adequate. The gym was small with only a few pieces of equipment.
In closing, at $200 per night, we expected an updated hotel. Time for a refresh!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast offered plenty of options, which made starting the day really easy and enjoyable. My room was spacious and comfortable, giving me everything I needed to relax. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.

One of the best parts was how simple it was to arrange the shuttle service. Calling for the shuttle and booking a ride to the airport was quick and convenient. It’s a great service the hotel provides, and it made my travel experience much smoother.

Cons:

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. If you want something to eat later in the day, you’ll need to walk to a nearby restaurant, like the one at the Cambria Hotel,or stop by a convenience store close by. It’s not a major issue, but it’s worth noting for anyone who prefers having dining options on-site.
