Great stay with free breakfast and shuttle
Pros:

Location, free shuttle and extremely nice staff. He left before breakfast, unfortunately, but it sounded like there was a wide variety of options.

Do not stay here!
Pros:

Terrible hotel with no customer service. The hotel is filled with teenagers traveling together. A couple of coaches and a bunch of loud screaming kids slamming doors and running up and down the halls. Banging on doors all around my room and yelling to other rooms. Several calls to the front desk and the manager with no resolution. I travel regularly for business, this is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER stay with Holiday Inn IGH again.

Nice place to stay prior to a flight
Pros:

This is a nice hotel with prompt shuttle service to Midway airport. There was ample parking for the park and fly guests. We didn’t stay for the breakfast but the coffee was great.

The morning woman at the front desk, Barbara, was exceptional. She was witty, helpful, and made sure we felt at ease as we started our trip. What a great asset she is to the hotel.

There is too much noise. The working HVAC system and all kinds of sounds are inside the room. Especially the air conditioning and hallway noises prevent you from sleeping
