I stay one night. The desk staff was extremely polite and informative. I felt safe.

Cons:

Staff did not tell us where the airport shuttle pick up was located. The sign in front indicated that the pickup was there but in fact it was around the side. We could have missed the shuttle. That is not acceptable. They must inform clearly where to get the shuttle.

Crappy.
Cons:

We did not get to have any food/dinner or any breakfast either.
Also, did not get the Free Shuttle that was offered.
It was a crap show all around. I did not get any of the amenities that came with the price of the room, so it sucked for us.

Close to the airport . Convenient shuttle that ran 24 hr/day

Cons:

We got in late and left early. There wasn’t any option for an early breakfast, only coffee and tea. You could offer pastries or fruit, even packaged oatmeal.

Pros:

I arrived late at night after a full day of travel and they helped me get checked in and to my room quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location near Midway airport. I didn't notice any noise from the roads or airport.

Cons:

The channels on the TV were limited, and the HDMI port didn't seem to work or I couldn't get the Source to change, so I just watched some shows on my laptop before sleeping. It wasn't a big deal since I wasn't there for long and mostly just needed sleep.

Good place at the end of a long train trip and prior to flying out of MDW.
