This is a nice hotel with prompt shuttle service to Midway airport. There was ample parking for the park and fly guests. We didn’t stay for the breakfast but the coffee was great.
The morning woman at the front desk, Barbara, was exceptional. She was witty, helpful, and made sure we felt at ease as we started our trip. What a great asset she is to the hotel.

There is too much noise. The working HVAC system and all kinds of sounds are inside the room. Especially the air conditioning and hallway noises prevent you from sleeping
Breakfast was good. Location was great, right next to Midway. The shower water pressure was excellent! Would stay here again next time.
Was charged a $350 smoking fee two days after my stay. My daughter and I checked in at 10:30 pm and left at 6:20 the next morning to catch a flight.
I reported our toilet was broken and our tub had been filled with water in it when we arrived (which we drained). When I called the manager to ask about the charge he told me to take it up with my credit card company.
So my $150 Expedia room ended up costing me over $600. I have read other reviews from guests this happened to them as well. Avoid at all costs because they don’t seem to care to resolve.
