Pros:

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop.

The hotel was very clean and affordable, which made it a great choice for our time in Chicago. Check-in was smooth, and we even got to enjoy happy hour drinks at the hotel restaurant, which was a nice bonus after a day of travel.

The staff were very helpful and provided us with a list of nearby restaurants, all within walking distance, which made it easy to explore the area. We ended up going for pizza and had a great night out.

The location is excellent, very walkable to shops, restaurants, and the Riverwalk, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

Overall, a great stay and a perfect base for exploring Chicago!

We have to wait until 3:30pm to get checked in even though we have reservations. Staff Regina didn’t care at all, didn’t
