Good value in the downtown are for business trip
Pros:

A nice hotel just outside the loop providing exactly what is needed-clean comfortable room, friendly staff, nothing out of the ordinary with everything needed for a business trip. Less expensive than most hotels in the area. Location is a short walk from the Morgan Green Line stop/Fulton Market area; multiple restaurants in the area.

Very clean, good area within walking distance of food stores, and bars.

Cons:

The property was beautiful. The restaurant was nice great food and drinks. Nothing bad at all staff was great. If I had to have a complaint, it would be the expensive parking not included in the stay

Overall I liked my stay in 1216. Seems easy enough for you to significantly improve the room.
Pros:

Balcony, comfy chair, fridge, bed, extra outlets on clock (much needed in this old room)

Cons:

1/ Pillows: With all those pillows why cannot there be a range of size and density? They were all the same, large and dense.
2/ Alarm clock: Make sure that room service cancels the alarm from the prior guest.
3/ Outlets: I forgot my extension cord, useful for old hotels like this. It took me awhile to realize that the clock had extra outlets/USB ports.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza and will consider staying again should we return.
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The shower was great as were the water pressure and the bathroom amenities. The hotel was in a great location and we were able to Uber everywhere we wanted to go with minimal charges and almost no waiting for the drivers. The staff were friendly, helpful and personable.

Cons:

I did not like the sliding barn door on the bathroom. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. And, through no fault of the hotel, I'm sure, there was a pile of cut toenails on the balcony when we walked out to see the view.

It was very comfortable with a fantastic veiw.
Pros:

It was very beautiful and very comfortable. the restaurant was fantastic. friendly staff as well.

Cons:

My bathroom still had hair shavings in the bathtub, The restaurant only had dinner through monday-friday.
