Accueil chaleureux et j’ai pu avoir un early check-in. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner et la chambre est spacieuse et très calme. La salle de sport est magnifique et fonctionnelle avec du technogym.

Cons:

Problème de wifi pendant 1 journée dans ma chambre mais cela m’a permis de faire une detox d’internet pour le weekend 🤗

Bra utrymme i familj rummet.

Cons:

I Familjrummet toalett hade en fönster man kunde kika in när man var i duschen och om man sitter på toan. Det känns obekvämt tyckte vi. Det var rep skador på golvet och det såg inte välkomnade ut. Frukosten var inte heller bra för att varmrätterna var kalla och det fanns inte så bra variationer.

En trevlig vistelse med god frukost och middag, trevlig personal ,gärna mer utbud på spaavdelningen.
Pros:

Fantastiskt god frukost med massor att välja på. En god middag i den trevliga restaurangen. Trevligt bemötande av personalen.

Cons:

Vi blev lite besvikna på spa-avdelningen. Kunde varit lite mer att välja på t.ex. jacuzzi, massagefåtöljer för det priset.

Clarion Hotel Sign’da çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik ve otelden gerçekten mutlu ayrıldık.

Avrupa’nın birçok ülkesine seyahat ettik ancak bu kadar güler yüzlü, samimi ve içten yardımsever bir ekip ile çok nadir karşılaştık. Tüm çalışanların yaklaşımı son derece doğal ve sıcaktı.

Konaklamamız sırasında yaşadığımız bir problemde Coco isimli çalışan bize inanılmaz yardımcı oldu. Onun ilgisi ve yaklaşımı sayesinde olası bir sorun çok güzel bir anıya dönüştü ve tatilimiz çok daha mutlu bir şekilde devam etti.

İsimleri tek tek saymadan; tüm resepsiyon ekibine, her sabah kahvaltıda bizi güler yüzle karşılayan hanımefendilere ve otelin tüm çalışanlarına ilgi, emek ve samimiyetleri için teşekkür ederiz. Misafirlerin konaklamasının iyi geçmesi için gerçekten ellerinden geleni yaptıkları hissediliyor.

Kahvaltı ise tek kelimeyle harikaydı. Avrupa’daki otel deneyimlerimiz arasında ilk defa kahvaltıya isteyerek ve heyecanla indik.

Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmekten mutluluk duyarız.

We had a wonderful stay at Clarion Hotel Sign and left the hotel truly happy.

We have traveled to many countries across Europe, but we can honestly say that we have rarely experienced such friendly, sincere, and genuinely helpful staff. Every interaction felt warm and natural, not forced.

When we experienced an issue during our stay, a staff member named Coco went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to her support and attitude, a potential problem turned into a very positive and memorable experience, and our holiday continued in the best possible way.

Without listing names one by one, we would like to thank the entire reception team, the lovely ladies who welcomed us at breakfast every morning, and all hotel staff for their kindness, smiles, and true effort to make guests feel comfortable and cared for.

The breakfast was excellent — honestly one of the best we have had in European hotels.
