En trevlig vistelse och centralt efter en utekväll !
Pros:

Både trevlig och glad personal! Frukosten hade mycket variation av fräscht utbud, samt möjlighet att få diverse mer specifika önskningar från kockarna i köket.

Cons:

Hiss knappar som var nästan helt ur funktion på flera ställen, så tvingades åka flera våningar emellan tills jag till slut kunde få knappar till önskade våningsplan att funka.

Dessutom var glasen på rummet täckta av diskmedel från maskintvätt. Fick lov att diskas om, inne på badrummet innan användning.

Kommer aldrig rekommendera detta hotell till någon.
Pros:

Jag hade meddelat när jag bokat att jag skulle fira min mans 80- års dag och ville det skulle uppmärksamma.Jo vi fick två bitar choklad !!!!

Cons:

Vad hände jo vi fick ett slitet rum 1034 längst bort och högst upp.
Vi fick då byta och då glömde jag mitt nattlinne som nu är borta .
Personalen har inte brytt sig känns som om vi var mest till besvär 🥲

Cons:

Tråkigt att hotellet förstörde överraskningen på rummet genom att mejla jubilaren som skulle bli överraskad. Hur kan det ens hända?
En vän fick noll gehör när hon ville beställa en liknande överraskning.
Jag fick också nej till ett önskemål som enkelt hade kunnat tillmötesgå om viljan funnits.
Det märks att hotellet är lite slitet med märken i golvet och hissknappar som inte fungerar.
Tråkigt även att rummet man ändå betalar mycket för inte matchar bilderna från bokningssidan.
Överlag lever hotellet inte upp till förväntningarna.

Superb breakfast and amazing pool!

Cons:

Expensive extra outdoor pool/spa if you are a hotel guest, although once you are in the pool it's absolutely worth it.

The included breakfast makes this a good value for money stsy.
Pros:

So close to the Central train station - just take the Airport train platform exit to walk 5 min to the hotel. Stockholm hotels are expensive, even in off season and this was the best value I found that included a fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

Spa prices (massage) very expensive so did not use.
