Good base.
Pros:

Big hotel, fantastically located for the Arlanda Express and also Stockholm Adventures who I would recommend. The rooms were fine, however, they are doing work in the middle of the hotel so I got a shock on the Monday morning to open the curtains and find a man literally standing outside my window. The breakfast was vast but also busy. We went at 3 different times and every time it was packed but everything well replenished.

Good, practical base.
Pros:

The breakfast was great but busy at all 3 (different) times we went. Location perfect for Arlanda Express and also the Stockholm Adventures tours we went on.

The building work going on right outside our window.

Lite rörigt med incheckning och lounge så nära varandra. Personalen var lite ojämn vissa väldigt serviceminded andra inte. Ljuset i baren tändes upp kl 22 då baren stängde 23 enligt vad vi läst. Kände oss bortkörda.

Konumu çok iyi, otelin tasarımı çok güzel. Personel çok güler yüzlü, nazik, yardımsever. Oda temiz, yatak çok rahat. Kahvaltı muhteşem.

Cons:

Standart oda 2 kişi için biraz küçük, bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası yoktu. Kişiye özel şampuan, sabun, terlik, çekecek vb verilmiyor. Sabun vb için dispanser kullanılıyor. Oda kapısına odamı temizleyin etiketi asmazsanız oda temizlenmiyor. Biz ilk gün bilmiyorduk asmadık. Aklınızda olsun.

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux,
Concernant la chambre, mes demandes ont toutes été respectées, lit jumeaux supérieur, chambre spacieuse et propre, superbe vue sur le parc
L'hôtel est très agréable et très bien situé

Cons:

L'accueil dépend de la personne sur qui vous tombez, parfois le sourire semble optionnel, c'est dommage.
Concernant le petit déjeuner si vous désirez un café digne de ce nom, vous serez contraint d'attendre au moins 10 Minutes debout, la personne qui s'en occupait (du lundi au vendredi, c'est compris dans le forfait) est d'une lenteur quasiment imbattable...
Petit défaut signalé en partant les oreillers sont très inconfortables.

Rundum zufrieden

Das Hotel hatten wir aufgrund der Lage ausgesucht - wir waren bereits 2014 in Stockholm und wussten, dass es gut gelegen ist für unsere Pläne. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine reichliche Auswahl - für jeden in unserer Gruppe gab es trotz unterschiedlicher Vorlieben mehr als genug Auswahl

Cons:

Offene, ebenerdige Duschkabinen wären schön - aber das war jetzt kein wirklicher Grund zur Kritik, sondern nur eine Anmerkung.
