Pros:

This is our third year in a row staying at the same hotel, and we couldn’t be happier. From our first visit to our latest stay, everything has been excellent — the location, accommodation, staff, friendliness, and facilities. We truly have no complaints at all.

Did not meet expectations
Pros:

The hotel as a whole was good and the location was great

Cons:

The room temperature was really high and the AC did not work when I reported this the staff opened a window and put the worlds smallest fan in the room. I then reported this at check out that we had two very poor nights sleep there was just a unconvincing apology no offer of reduced rates for the inconvenience

Nice place but aspects on customer service fell short of the mark
Cons:

We had to queue for 30 minutes to check in so first impression were not good. We were challenged repeatedly as to whether we’d had breakfast on the second day when we made it clear we didn’t want it the second day and had not had it. It just felt very offensive to query this.
